"I brought my GMC Yukon Denali in to have 4 tires put on that I had already purchased. Gentleman I talked with gave me the price and time of an hour and a half for completion. It’s now been going on 2 1/2 hours. The service manager Vic told me he had no idea on how much longer I would have to wait. My mistake for coming to Walmart to have service done. Proper answer Vic is let me go check on it and I can give you a timeframe on how much longer it will take. Heads up Eric auto care center manager you need to get on hiring. Look at your peak times so you don’t have 3 people waiting at the desk and know one in sight to assist customers. Another tip Eric your team out in the shop is not in dress code. Maybe an area of opportunity. In the area that your surrounded in you guys have a lot of work to compete with surrounding tire and auto shops. Heads up to anyone going here 135th and blackbob Olathe kansas you will have to wait a ridiculous amount of time."

"Days after placing my order I noticed it was still processing. Called 2 different times to check for an issue. Was told all is well and it will ship soon. Called again 2 days before due date and customer service person told me it will be sent overnight to make the set due date. I asked why Walmart would hold onto an order for over a week and finally ship it overnight to get to me incurring additional charges. They had no answer. Finally called the day before it was set to arrive and am told there is a processing problem. Amazon has it's shortcomings too but after you contact them they finally do get it right."

No reason; no inclement weather; its 95 and sunny out; no explanation of whatever error occurred on their end. I will not be shopping online at Wal-Mart any more. "I returned an unopened GoPro because Walmart was unable to ship the audio adapter that needed to use with the GoPro for my intended purpose. Getting the return label was a major ordeal--multiple calls to customer service and one elevation. I finally got the label and returned the GoPro, but in the end I was credited $40 less than I was charged. I called to ask and was told I was charged $34 for the shipping label, plus a restocking fee. SERIOUSLY? (1) In my multiple conversations with Walmart customer service, this shipping charge was never disclosed to me. (2) The reason I was returning it was not my fault. (3) I would have paid to ship this small/light item myself had I known that."

"Walmart is a joke, they use these backyard delivery companies who just leave packages in neighborhoods that clearly dont look package friendly. These drivers are just looking to get the packages off their trucks, I guess. I ordered a big package that was broke down into separate deliveries. As a result my merchandise has now been stolen 3 different times. After the first I asked if they not just leave it. They state they are not able to make that change. I spoke with Jennifer today she stated in her system a package was delivered at 9:57 last night. I thought I heard her wrong. This a package I never even received the email confirmation for. So since this has been several instances on their drivers behalfs. I am still being inconvenienced waiting for this 48 exculation. I am livid with Walmart.com and will probably never order anything else from them. I would never suggest them to anyone else either. Wish I was making this all up, because I always loved Walmart "
"My husband purchased a defective air pellet rifle for around $200. He literally went to the Walmart where he purchased it the very next day and was told they have a policy that the product is non-refundable. When asked where that was posted they said it is not but they have plans to post it. My husband would not have purchased the rifle at WalMart had he known. He came home and called Gamo, the manufacturer, who said they will not refund his money because he did not directly purchase it from them. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, called coorperate WalMart, and am awaiting a call from the actual manager of the store of purchase. SMH"

"I had bought the Extra Large cooked shrimp, which says right on the back of the package, 26-30 shrimp in each package... I usually use all of the package, so I do not usually count the shrimp, but tonight I did... and low and behold, I find 21 shrimp in my package... I know that is not a big amount to most people, but for people on a budget, that is a large amount... So now I have to use the entire bag, and buy some more, SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
"I wanted a new toilet seat for the guest bathroom since I was expecting a visit from my sister. Walmart did not have the light blue color I wanted, in store. So I ordered online and chose "store pickup" for the first time. I've seen all the commercials with the "Back to the Future" car, among others, picking up from Walmart.
I went to my local store to pick up the order. I walked into the store and went to the customer service desk since it's near the entrance, but had to wait in line. Luckily there were only about 3 people in line, so I waited. When I finally got up to the counter, I was told to go all the way to the back of the store, behind electronics. I went to the pickup counter, and no one was there. It was just a small counter with some shelves with packages behind it. About 5 minutes later, someone finally showed up and I got my toilet seat. Since, this had taken so much longer than I had expected, I immediately went home.
When I opened the package, of course the toilet seat was badly damaged and I had to return it to the store. Yes I know, I should have checked while still at the store, but frankly I couldn't wait to get out of there. I returned the toilet seat to the store and never went back. In any case, I will never order "store pickup" from Walmart, ever again."
"I placed an online order yesterday. A few minutes I found the same item on sale at Best Buy. Within five minutes i went back to Walmart.com to cancel my order with Walmart. I submitted a cancel request. I then called customer service to confirm the order was cancelled. I was then told that I could not cancel the order because the order was shipped. Obviously I am frustrated by that experience Obviously I will never order from walmart.com again. Nor will I visit a Walmart store."
