Auto center/ Athens, Al Walmart

"I like Walmart....except for the auto center. I came yesterday for an oil change and it took them 2 hours to tell me that they didn't have an oil filter for my car. They said come back tomorrow and they'd have one and the oil change will be free. I came back...still no oil filter. Every time I've been for an oil change ( except for one time) it has been a 2 hour wait."

Unworthy dealing with

"This is how Walmart was really bad, I ordered something, it was lost, I called and got refunded and I planed something else to replace the item, I was told by the costumer representative not to return the item if it comes. And it did come so I put it together to see if it works good, now 2 months later they are calling me to return the item, which I will but the item is used now, it’s not gonna be sold again , it will be stored somewhere or disposed. Walmart made a mistake and Walmart should apologize and take the lose , I don’t care about the item which I will buy from somewhere else, it’s the low attitude and the time wasted on such a thing. "

Non accurate delivery date/ damage product

"I am not one to complain or like to talk down on others. However I ordered an important gift I needed for June 1st. It said delivery date for May 31st not estimated, so I ordered it. If it wasn't for me tracking the package luckily that was an option and that it even functioned because for prior orders it didn't even give me the tracking information as I just noticed looking back. It still said it will arrive May 31st on the Walmart application, when I tracked it, it said delivery date for June 3rd. Then after checking the tracking again it said its delayed, then in the Walmart app it said it would be delayed arriving June 3rd stating that after May 31st when I already knew because I had tracked it. I understand things will not always go accordingly. However it was very important to receive it on time for this specific product I also noticed its not the first time Walmart has been delayed on a product I've ordered . It gives me more reason to order from other companies with quicker delivery. Lets see if this product comes damage just like an order from a couple years prior that was delivered broken and I had to return it. That would be a cherry on top!. Hopefully it would all lead to good somehow!. "

Walmart Circus

"Save yourself a lot of aggravation and stick to Amazon, Ikea, even Big Lots, ANYTHING, ANYWHERE is better than this joke of an online retailer. If, and I mean IF you happen to get the right product it will no doubt be missing parts, damaged, or the wrong color, something will be wrong. Then you contact customer care (they don't actually care) and welcome to the 3-ring circus, you'll be jumping through hoops in no time. Good luck! "

Delivery is never right

"My last online order was wrong and had nothing to do with what I ordered. The holidays I ordered two necklaces I received one the other never came or and I was never reimbursed for a empty box. Everytime I order something from Walmart online it is either wrong or I receive nothing. Save time and money don't order from Walmart online. It costs me more time and money ordering from them."

Delivered to the wrong address

"My item was delivered to the wrong address. When i told the customer service that i did not receive my item and wanted a new item shipped to the actual store so i can get what i paid for, i was told that i was out of luck because on their end it showed that the item was delivered. I never received my item that i spend $357 for. They actually had the guts to tell me to file a police report if i had a problem! Whom ever they hire to deliver the items are either thieves or they are just plain incompetent when it comes to using a GPS to deliver items properly."

Customer service is the worst.

"Good luck navigating through their crap website to talk to someone about your order. You give up after jumps big through so many hoops. My order was delivered to the wrong address and now I’m just out of luck and wasted my money. But at least somebody is happy, the person who got free stuff. Use amazon. At least they make it easy to get a hold of someone. "

This is a horrible website, I didn't expect that from walmart

"I ordered an item and after 3 days of charging me, they sent me an email saying that my order was cancelled because the item is out of stock. Then I got the item on the same website, I found that there are 2 left in stock and they increased the price from $40 to $76. They cancelled my order to sell it with a higher price!!"

"this is the last time I use Walmart
The first time my order was to be delivered in 3 days,after several calls and emails finally 3 1/2 weeks later I received my order
Always willing to give second chances I tried again only this time it was more crucial on the delivery date. I have stage 4 cancer I have been fighting for over 2 years and suddenly had to have emergency eye surgery for torn and detached Retina (unrelated to-cancer)
I desperately needed a portable massage chair as I was told I need to be face down for a minimum of 8 days. No luck locally and my quickly rising favourite Amazon was not able to deliver until Thursday, so looking on Walmart there were 2 that could be delivered to my address next day so I took a chance and it never came and still has not been shipped,the warehouse is only 3 hrs away so this is unacceptable
Just another tactic by large corporations to **** you in
Thanks a lot talk about false advertising
Buyers beware Amazon has never disappointed me. But Wally world 2 out of 2 and 0 out of 10 for my.

Incorrect info for delivery schedule

"Ordered item on May 7,2019 which stated online would be a 2 day delivery date and would be notified when shipped. On May 9,2019 contacted Walmart online customer service as to status of order and they could find no record that item was being shipped and that would make inquiries at the warehouse. On May 10,2019 received e-mail from Walmart that item was being shipped and estimated delivery was May 8,2109 - time travel. On May 9,2019 informed Walmart that if item did not arrive by May 10,2019 would not be available to take item until Tuesday May 14,2019. Notice by email stated Sameday Worldwide shipping estimated time for delivery was May 14,2019. Account weather conditions could complete project Monday May 13,2019 so arrived home late Sunday
May 12,2019 and found item leaned up against garage door in the rain and Sameday Worldwide shipping updated e-mail stating
was delivered May 12,2019. If had not returned home until Monday night May 13,2019 the item (a shuffleboard) would have been ruined. My one and only time shopping online at Walmart as now will be pass the buck time.

"The most horrible experience ever shopping online. Received defective equipment. Took 4 weeks to remove it from my home. Repeatedly given wrong information as to pickup date. No courtesy call when they don't show up. Very heavy equipment that I had to move in and out of my house when they give a pickup date and don't show up. Never again."

Self- Checkout vs Customer Checkout

"The Walmart Market on Stephanie in Henderson, NV has made a lot of people I know, very unhappy. If you are paying by check, they have only 2 checkouts and the line is so long, your hot food is no longer hot and the frozen foods, like ice cream are already melting. If you want to add money on your Walmart card, you must do that at the customer service desk, and the wait time there can be 15 minutes or longer. I don't mind the self checkout, but there is too many at this store, and a lot of people don't want to use them. There is an over abundance of pick up spaces out front and I have never seen anybody using them, and I can bet it wouldn't be more then one or two at any given time. They no longer price match, and the checkers that are no longer checking people out, are standing around directing people to the self-check."

Walmart Violates its own Return Policy

"
Large Holiday order from Walmart.com was received damaged and defective. Returned in person with store manager. Promo codes were received to make up for AWFUL experience. Final code did NOT work. Upon questioning with on-line chat my account was deactivated. Call center supervisors created new account for me so promo code could be applied. The new account was also closed. Tried a third time with supervisors instruction and assistance. Third account closed. All returns were accepted as an item cannot be returned without being accepted. Walmart has a return policy, yet they penalize a customer for using it. Items ordered from Walmart.com ALWAYS arrive with problems. Boxes, bags burst when thrown from whatever delivery service. Items inside boxes defective and damaged. You can NOT shop Walmart.com with confidence. I suggest Amazon as they appreciate their customers.

"If you can't have an item delivered by the time you have it in your website then just maybe you shouldn't give a date as to when it will be delivered. Had I known my item, that I was supposed to get today, wouldn't get here until 2 days later I would have shopped elsewhere."
