"Alright so here we go, I ordered some patio furniture from Walmart.com well of course that was relatively easy however the company they use EFWCS is a nightmare, they sent me an email on the 12th of March stating to set up a time and date in which I would like to have my item delivered, which I did my date was set for March 14 between 1-5 they called me an hour before my delivery start time and stated they had a glitch in the "their" computer system and stated I should have never received that email, needless to say I had to set up a new delivery time which I did, which was set for 10-2 today well they called me last night at almost 7 pm and stated I had a delivery time between 2-6 ohhhh no the heck I don't, I indicated I will not except this delivery time and will be calling the main office in the morning which I did at 8 am well needless to say I was on the phone for 45 mins with some dimwit and then quickly asked for a manager well she indicated I should have never been given a time frame that the delivery company gives you a delivery time of course I quickly indicated I have taken 2 days off from work for "your" glitches and this not my problem and any other delivery time is unexceptable unless she wanted to pay my bills well of course there was a very long pause well let's just say I did get my delivery by 10:30 this morning but not with out a lot of complaining, so I guess where I am going with this is, if you are ordering a big ticket item do not have it delivered to your home have it delivered to the store this was a nightmare from the very beginning."
"Earlier in the year I purchased a bed-set from the Wal-Mart website and got it delivered to my home. Once opened the boxed and began the assembly process I quickly noticed that what I had received was not what was advertised on the website.
I called Wal-Mart customer service to voice my concerns and after about 30 minutes of being put on hold and being transferred from person to person, I finally got to talk to someone and all they did was blame for not paying attention to the product online and basically calling me dumb.
I have already written a complaint letter, to which I have yet to receive a response. This whole situation has been very disappointing and has really shed a light on how Wal-Mart really feels about their customers."
"Walmart.com was less than what they advertise.
They returned 3 items. 2 were canceled and 1 was returned due to "not being picked up on time" the original email Stated to not pick up unless you receive an email saying the order is ready. I never received that email. They also asked if I would like all items shipped together, I answered "yes" only for them to ship items separately anyway.
I call customer service and all they say was "sorry"

ON WEDNESDAY I FIND OUT THAT MY ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED ON TUESDAY MARCH 20 (THE ONE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE ON MARCH 14 AND REPLACED FOR THAT REASON)
WHEN I CALLED AND MENTIONED THE REFERENCE NUMBER, THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION THAT WAS ACCURATE."

"I ordered a Samsung 32" Class HD (720P) Smart LED TV as advertised on Walmart.com on 11/17/2017. I had it shipped to my local Walmart store and picked it up....when I got home I noticed the box did not say that it was a Smart TV as advertised. I immediately called and explained to the customer service rep what I had ordered and what I had received. I was told to return the TV to my local Walmart and I was promised to be compensated with a replacement for the same TV at the same price that it was advertised for........ but I was told to call back the next day because it was cyber Monday. After speaking to 7 yes "SEVEN" customer service representatives throughout the week I never was compensated by Walmart for their advertisement screw up. Even emailed a letter to Doug McMillon CEO of Walmart and again "NO RESPONSE". Never purchase anything from Walmart.com their customer service reps work from their own home and when you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they tell you it will take a long time for them to get one on the phone....because they work from home there is no supervisor or manager for them to transfer you to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Walmart has horrible customer service."
"Never again. Ordered product and promised 2 day shipping. Online it says my order was eready for pickup on Friday after 6 pm. We're now moving into Sunday with no order. Called customer service and told package would come Monday with no explanation as to why it was delayed. I was truly hoping for a real competitor to Amazon. "I ordered three pair of Pajamas. I had it sent to my Son's house since I was going to be visiting there the next week. When I got to my son's house I did have a package, but it was wrong and the packaging on the inside was not addressed to me. I contacted Walmart and they send me an email with a return postage and I did return them basically with no problem. But since I was about to return to my home at that time, I ask (in two different emails) for the correct package to be sent to my home address. Well...that didn't happen.. it went to my Son's address. I knew I would be returning to my Son's house so I just waited. Last week when I go to my son's house, the package was there. I pulled out one of the set of PJ's, put it one and it fit fine. They assumption would be that all the rest of the PJ's would fit find also. NOT.....I should have tried all of them on. I washed another pair since it looked "just" like the pair that fit. It was the same style and was marked with the same size.. It was much smaller and I had already washed it. OK, I have one more pair to check out. I tried this one on before I decided to wash it. Good thing...it was too small also. It was also the "same style" and "was marked with the same size", but it was too small. You'd think that if they were all marked XL, they would all be XL. I was so disgusted. The smaller pair of PJ's that I washed, I ended up giving to my daughter-n-law (lost money herer) and the other set I will be returning (time and trouble to return) --- never to order from Walmart (Casual 21) again. This has been a horrible experience. I will not order from them again. It's just too much trouble.....As you can see from the order date...It took a long time to get this order and it still wasn't right. "
"I have done a lot of shopping online in the past 2 weeks, from both Amazon and walmart There has been an issue with every single order from walmart from missing products. to late deliveries. getting calls saying item was delivered when it wasn't ordering 2 of one item receiving one, then being told they could not solve the issue because it was a third party product. Then they decide to "escalate" this issue and i should received a call next day from them....Shocker! never received the call. I will never by anything from walmart ever again!"
