"I’ve had 3 very bad experiences with Walmart.com. My first was around Christmas 3 years ago I ordered a doll that my daughter really wanted, I ordered it waaaay ahead of time and the day b4 pick up I was told it was “out of stock”. This being Christmas time and it was a very popular doll I couldn’t find it anywhere else and yes my daughters Christmas was ruined. The second time same thing happened I even called to make sure the item was in stock bc me working a lot I cnt really go into the stores so much but anyways needless to say the item didn’t come, yet another Christmas ruined by Walmart.no to mention the item that was supposed to be”ready for pick “ was shipped to another state so another item gone. But this last time just did it...I ordered cups for my daughter for Lemonade day, something she’s been looking forward to since last year. Y did I trust Walmart this time idk but it was well in advance I ordered the cups. And the day they were supposed to arrive, received an email saying they were delayed. The day b4 and it’s too late to buy cups anywhere else my daughter is disappointed yet again by Walmart...PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!"
"Always out of a product then they try to send what they want to send you and charge the price. Three weeks in a row they where out of the same item that appears on the website as in-stock then when you add it and pay for it it’s out of stock then thy send some other B. S. product. Signed up the the text message alerts so I can know when to be home for the delivery & look over the order. I received no alerts & they delivered the order to a family member & didn’t even mark the order as delivered. It still shows as processing on the app. I have spoke to a customer service rep about the problem of letting a customer buy an item on the grocery app in the app showing that the product is in stock then when bought Walmart shows up on your doorstep with something different. They have did nothing about this problem & don’t care. Walmart only cares about profit & keeping payroll low as possible. Just go into one of there stores & see how long the lines are & how many registers are open. Last time I shop @ Walmart. "
"I'd like to bring to your attention here, since walmart didnt allow my husbands review to be posted. We ordered a golds gym weight set with bar and in short we got the weights and never the bar. Contacted and were given the run around for almost 2 months. Then they claimed that the bar was damaged. Then said we would have to wait until it was back in stock. And then that we had to return the weights we had already paid for. In the end we were so fed up they told us we had to take the weights to USPS to return to their shipping facility and we said no. Now we are waiting for for the weights to be picked up from our home. During all this time we realized what a mess this was and have thus taken our business elsewhere where we received our whole package, for cheaper, before we've even solved the issue with walmart.com. Not to mention all of your phone staff was completely incompetent and not having any idea how to help us the entire time. Awful experience!"
"I ordered some lights from Walmart and almost immediately decided to cancel my order. When I tried to cancel they told me I would have to contact the third party merchant and that they couldn’t help me. I complained that it was inconvenient and that I was doing business with WalMart, not some third party merchant. They said they would “escalate” the issue and a supervisor would cancel my order and call me to confirm. It didn’t happen. I received the items, never got an email or a call.
Just understand, when your shopping online with WalMart, they are just taking a fee to put you in touch with another merchant....scrupulous or not... how would you know. They were not helpful and took zero responsibility for their business. One more reason to use Amazon...it’s a shame."
"Absolutely terrible time using their website. I placed an order that got cancelled and never got an email about the cancellation. It was for someone’s birthday. I found out by typing in my order number to track it and found it was cancelled. I then placed another order for that item to pick up so they get could get it that day and it was CANCELLED AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous. I also ordered a different item on a different order for the same person and it said arriving on their birthday, so I was happy at least that went through (although I used the exact same info and it wasnt cancelled...?) Now it’s not coming on their birthday either!!! It’s delayed one more day. How are you offering 2 day shipping if it’s not 2 day?!! WILL NOT be buying from Walmart again. So many issues! "
"Walmart orders for store pickup for me never arrive in 2 days. Sometimes it's one day late and other times it's over four days late. Some of my orders were shipped to different stores. No response from Walmart. In-store pickup is a joke. Waiting from 15 to 30 minutes. Most of the time I go get a manager. Usually, store staff are very polite and try to find a resolution. My complaint is directed to walmart.com. Walmart is a necessary evil in my opinion."
"I shopped online with Walmart, they had everything I needed right there,the checkout was so easy and they were so helpful. Their customer service was wonderful. They had it shipped in just days and then emailed me to see if my stuff had arrived and if it was all there and they wanted to make sure that it arrived in good shape and it was. I had an excellent experience with them."

I ordered four items not realizing that walmart.com allows third-party vendors to sell on their site. When I received the order and tried to use it, the items were faulty. I went to the store to return the items being told that I couldn't return them because they were from a third-party vendor. I would think that if you are allowing others to sell on your website that you would stand by your return policy...apparently not! The order arrived on March 6th (according to FedEx website and tracking) and I tried to return it on April 6th at the store and because they don't do the returns there, I am now stuck with these useless items.

"I was waiting in line for some length of time, as were others. The cashier had called for help, but received no reply. She did this a few times. Everyone in line left. I went to use the self check out and en route, I could not help but to notice numerous employers standing around chatting with each other. I mentioned this to one of the two employees at the self check out and one replied, "That's what we deal with all day." They both then turned away. Needless to say, this was an appalling experience. Lexington wants shoppers to shop in Lexington and not go out of town. I for one will not think twice about going out of town. "
"I just recently went to Walmart in Hudson Florida to have my oil changed and tires rotated. worst experience ever had . 3 and a half hours later the oil was changed and now onto the tires (wrong) they had to take it off 1 rack put it on another to rotate tires and then they said they didn't know how long it would take. so I decided to forget the tire rotation and leave. oh yea I want to add I called them first and they said it would just be a half hour. either poor workers or poor management. SO AVOID WALMARTS"
