"Ordered a TV. The shipping date kept getting pushed back as I had to refresh the page. Ordered on Feb 23rd and was to be delivered Feb 28th. Received an email saying it was delayed to March 5th. I go to pick up today, Mar 5th and it's still not there. Lady at the desk says she has received her FedEx truck for today and it didn't come in. When will it be here I ask. Maybe tomorrow she says. Who can I talk to to get some answers I ask? You can call 1800-wal-mart.
I go home and call 1800-wal-mart. They give me the same tracking info I can see myself. That doesn't fix the problem! The person, "John", says it is still scheduled for delivery today. F the person at the store puts it in the system today then I can still get it today. How will I know if they put it in the system? You can call the store. I don't want to call the store. They've told me they've already received their truck today. "John" offers to call the store and get it straightened out. Finally! Maybe some actual customer service! NOPE! The idiot transferred me to the store to try to fix my own issues. Of course the store was no help. Moral of the story....... Walmart ****! Amazon.com will always have me as a loyal customer!"
"The app itself was easy to use well laid-out and amazing. The service from walmart.com was something very different. I ordered over $800 worth of products because it was tax season. First a body pillow came clearly damaged by Factory repackaging and needed to be sent back, they did process the return but didn't ship the new one until the old when was shipped back and then 2 weeks later try to charge me saying the old one never made it back, LOL. Next the bunk bed set that I ordered was cracked on one of the supporting legs. This return was a nightmare I couldn't even get it returned because FedEx wanted over $6 to print the return shipping label that Walmart emailed me and when I didn't have $6 Walmart said they'd send one that would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks all the while this big old heavy bulky bed is sitting in my living room and they still won't process shipping me a new one until they get the old one. I finally paid to print out a shipping label and FedEx picked up the old bed a week ago and I'm still waiting on the replacement bed. When I emailed a supervisor at the beginning of this Fiasco she said she would give me a measly 5% Credit for the inconvenience which I have never received. So three weeks later my girls are still without the bunk bed set that I have paid for, no return credit that I was promised and now a bill for a return that they've already gotten. Absolute chaos I've used walmart.com for years and I will no longer be using walmart.com or recommending them to anyone."

"I bought a sound system from Walmart.com because it was about $100 cheaper than other places. Was told in my order email that I should expect it to arrive on Feb 28. Feb 28th rolls around and no package. I called Walmart that night and was told it was stuck in processing and to give them until the next day to investigate. They assured me that if they couldn't find out where it was, they could reorder it for me and I could get the original price. I called them back the next day and was told that they were still investigating and that I should call back again the following day. I called again the following day and was told that they would just have to cancel the order and I could order again. However, now the price is $100 more and they wouldn't honor the original price when I purchased it the first time. They offered me a $25 promo code. I told them to keep the promo code and I will go elsewhere and pay full price! Too much competition for them to pull that!"
"I let my son use my credit card to purchase a musical keyboard on walmart.com. The keyboard arrived on time, but only plays out of one of its speakers, the sound distorts when you play more than 3 keys at a time, and even though on the box you see a photo with key-sized keys, the actual keyboard has keys that are so small, a person with baby hands could barely play it. We tried to take it back to our nearby brick and mortar store for a refund, but the store was not willing to offer a refund, and instead directed us to contact the 3rd party company that ships the keyboard. As far as I can tell, the company, DZT Worldwide LLC, is essentially a sleepy Chinese person in Minnesota who couldn't even understand the order number over the phone. I decided to email my complaint, and got a reply asking for "relevant photos", whatever that means, and offering a 30% refund. I went back to my brick-and-mortar Walmart store to talk to the store manager about the problem. The first thing she tells me is that "...you have to be careful when shopping on walmart.com," then telling me finally that there is nothing they can do. So essentially a Walmart representative is telling me that shopping on walmart.com is unsafe!"
"This is the 4th time iv had a problem like this. I ordered and paid for an item online 2/17/18 due to be delivered on 2/26. Four days gone by and they dont know where it is and i get the runaround. Last time it happened i purchased laptop then found out after they took my 350.00 that even tho it showed store had 7, they infact had none and it took me 6 days to get the money back. 1st online order i ever made i bought shoes and they sent me salsa. "I placed an order for the first time using Walmart.com. My order was for an Xbox One that was being advertised in a bundle for a lower price than any other I had ever seen. I quickly placed my order for this system and a few accessories using an e-card I received (in my name) from Walmart Product Care as And the remaining balance on a personal bank card (also in my name alone) to make my payment. I verified that all Billing and telephone number were correct with what was on file. I placed this order on a Sat with items to arrive at the local store by Wednesday. Right after placing the order, I received an email confirming my order was being processed and saw there was already a hold on the money from the bank card. On Tuesday, I received an email that my order had been canceled due to Walmart not being able to identify my payment belonged to me. As stated before, both the E-card and credit card were in my name and I was picking the items up in person at the local store (where they easily could have asked for identification if they were truly concerned with verifying my identity. After calling Walmart.com at 1800-966-6546, I was told that the price of the game console had gone up considerably over the last 4 days and while I could reorder in a half hour, my bill would now be close $100 more for the same items and even after speaking with management, I was informed there is absolutely nothing they can do! What a joke! I can’t believe Walmart is ablle to legally get away with this! "

"So I go online and thinking I was just making sure I got what I wanted I ordered 2 phones and then the headache starts. I received an email saying they needed to verify I was who I said I was. But the day was still same day pick up. I thought I would just go to the store and check it out. I talked with an employee who said she hadn't received an alert saying I had even ordered it. Then told me that they do put a hold on things that are expensive. However she goes in the back and checks to make sure they have it. Comes back and says they do. Ok.... I'll wait. Then I get online and try to chat with a rep. First one I get asked what the order number was I went go back and got disconnected. 2nd timethe rep disconnected from the chat because I was typing and I took too long. 3rd time I finally get to respond to find a sarcastic person who tells me there's nothing I can do but wait. "Ordered a 65" TV from JC Penny and after 3 weeks of it not arriving I decided to cancel the order and order from Walmart because they promised a 2/28/18 delivery which is when the Dish Installer was also scheduled for because the 4K TV needs upgraded equipment. Tracking shows that as of today 2/28 the FedEx truck is still in Virginia and I'm in Northern NH. Most frustrating part is there is absolutely NO WAY to call Walmart customer service. So I find my way to a chat box after many hoops and get started explaining my problem ... then they ask for the order number and when you're in your account and click on orders it logs you out of CHAT!! Thought I would give them another chance and ordered a couple golf cigar holders - been a week and just received an email they have just now been shipped - could have purchasef them on Amazon with guaranteed 2 day delivery. This was my second and last purchase on Walmart.com! I am an Amazon customer for great prices and guaranteed delivery times - don’t wast your time buying from Walmart - they should stick with their “Brick & Motar” operations which they are good at - web based shopping - Walmart is clueless!"
