Bad experience

"I have terrible experience in surrey central Walmart. Few weeks i had buy active a yogurt and water melon juice they both expired , because sometime we are hurry so we don't check the dates but it is expected from Walmart staff they give consumer safe product . Recently i buy yogurt on 1 April but yogurt was expired on 2 March, 2018. "

Disappointed

"Ordered a tv as a gift for my husband. When it finally came it was damaged. So embarrassing, not to mention the time taken off work for the awful delivery company to bring it. When it arrived damaged I called to let them know, of course the tv was out of stock. So I asked for another tv at the same price was told they would honor that. After returning the tv to the local store, I was told to call back and the tv that was placed in my cart walmart will match the price. I called back and to my surprise nikki had no notes that I called and talked to roselyn and Sophia so she told me I would get a phone call the next day. The next day 10:00am no call so I called back. Talked to Rebecca and after a long time waiting on hold she came back on and said they would honor the price. Again to my surprise they cant adjust the price before purchasing it had to be authorized for the full amount and than adjusted. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SHOP ONLINE WITH WALMART.COM A FREAKING JOKE. I was really amazed that our local wal mart was quick to return the tv so I went there and purchased a new one rather than dealing with walmart.com again.So anything bought online will be with AMAZON. Very disappointing . If I had the number to guest relations I would call them too. "

Awful Experience

"We ordered a basketball hoop on March 23rd and it was supposed to arrive in the store on April 2nd. On April 2nd, I received an email saying the order had been delayed and there was no estimated date of delivery. I waited until today April 5th to contact the store. The store had no additional information and told me to call Wal-Mart's main number. The customer service representative stated she had no way to track the item because it was shipped on a Wal-Mart truck instead of through a company such as "Fed Ex or UPS." I expressed frustration that the company could not track its own trucks and she stated there was nothing she could do and the item was lost. She did issue me a refund. However, I will now have a very sad seven-year-old who will not be receiving a basketball hoop for his birthday. I will be going through Amazon from now on. "

"Got pushed to 3rd Party Vendor—mightmidst@HumourPhantoms(DoggyTrampoline) that delivered netting but NOT 4 Arch Poles.
Have received completed 90 Amazon Packages w/1 problem corrected IMMEDIATELY.
Never again using Walmart.

No satisfaction

"I purchased a Clairsonic Mia 2 cleansing brush via Walmart on March 16. Ordering process went well. The machine arrived while I was out of town due to a death in the family. When I opened and charged the product (instructions for doing so was nonexistent) it never worked. The brush head didn't rotate. I checked order and it was fulfilled by a company PSYDUCKONLINE.

I attempted to return the item via on line form and although it showed that I'd purchased the item it would not allow me to select the item for return. I think I'm screwed tho I'm now headed to the local store (which didn't stock the item) to find out if the issue can be resolved. 3461883157551

"Purchased 36 Nutpod creamers only to find out when delivered that these items would expire in two weeks from receipt. Contacted Etailz company and they refused to replace or refund these items. Buyers beware!"

Tvs giving away

"I ordered 2 TVs because they’re on sale on Walmart.com and not in the store so I ordered them fast because I wanted to catch a sale and I’m thinking it’s easier for TVs that size to just be dropped off at my house boy was I wrong I’m at my sisters house I get an email my TVs was delivered so I’m rushing home to pick them up and wondering at the same time why would they leave my items that’s was over 700 dollars at my door? when I stay in apartments and why was a sig not required. Needless to say I get home no TVs in sight I go look on Walmart.com to see what’s going on what do I find TVs giving to customer but no sig required!!! so now I’m **** because TVs wasn’t giving to me maybe they where giving to a customer but not the customer that paid for them I called Walmart.com 4x before they informed me I have to file a police report and all kinds of stuff for what I paid for it was easy to take my money but I’m running around filling Police reports knocking on people doors to see if they got them no one has them bc they’re give away stuff but if I go in the store and try and walk out when two TVs I’m going to jail it makes no sense why they couldn’t get in touch with the fedex, ups, Walmart.com driver someone about my TVs this is unfair yet not I’m out of over 700 dollars and still no TVs yes this is life. I’m so stressed and mad I will not ever order from Walmart.com again and the best part when I asked them why a sig wasn’t required they said I was supposed to call and tell them that like what!!! Items that expensive I thought it was automatic and how was I really supposed to know that it’s not like they tell you on the site but they need to send me my TVs or give me my money back because my next step is calling my bank! And all I want is my TVs im so unhappy because of this! "

Such a lie

"figured id need proof of walmarts incompetence and i was not proven wrong, ordered a tv with "2 day shipping" on 03/24/2018. i get the order confirmation a few minutes later and the arrival date is now suddenly 03/28/2018. so i'm hoping that once it ships it manages to beat the estimate. boy was i wrong. it shipped same day AND SAT IN A DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR TWO DAYS. it just notified me it left the center near where it came from around noon today 3/27 coming from georgia and i live in upstate new york, now for ABSOLUTELY no reason walmart is not even sure if ill have it by the end of the week. i'm actually stunned at the absolute commitment on their end to dissatisfy everyone, i already HATED walmart in concept in practice, and now i know for sure that no good price could ever bring me to buy from them again."

The worst experience

"Me and my bf ordered a mattress from them last week . It was supposed to be delivered today but we had not received an email and we could not track it online either . So my bf called Walmart and they said to him that the item was not shipped because it was no longer available. First of all, how on earth did we order the item if it was no longer available ?! Second, we were NEVER notified about the whole situation, AT ALL, if my bf had not made the call then we would probs still be waiting for the matress. And then third, they are so terrible that they gave us 25 bucks off the next matress- which is ridiculously low. Walmart I wish you were a responsible company but you really **** . Not even worth a star."

Always an excuse

"I’ve ordered on their website 2ce and each time my order was supposed to be shipped via 2 days. Each time it was delayed. I ordered $200.00 worth of baby formula for my 6 month old and called to see what was up with the shipment. Delayed. Why am I purchasing from you if you claim to be “2 day shipping” and it turns into 4, 5, 6 days? I seriously don’t even know why I bother. I’ll just continue with my amazon prime account from here on out. I tried to give them a shot and literally Walmart fails every time. "

Bait and switched pricing

"I ordered a 15'6 inch Mackinaw canoe with other equipment on February 22. It was to be delivered on or before March 16th. However the Price was raised from originally 639.00 with paddles to $869.00 in the interim. The canoe was not delivered. I called and spoke to a supervisor. She said that the problem was not theirs but was the third party that they were using. A company called Hay Needle. She gave me Hay Needle's numbers so I called them. The person there said that had never received an order from Walmart so I called back Walmart and of course got a different person. He said that since there was confusion, I should let him cancel my original order and reorder the canoe. I told him that I did not trust that idea since the new price was $225.00 more. He said that Walmart would stand by the original price once I reordered. He promised to put the cancel/reorder in his notes and gave me a reference number. He cancelled and I reordered. I Called back in five minutes got a new Walmart supervisor who said that Walmart would not honor his promise and that he never should have said that. Now I was supposed to pay an extra $225 for a canoe that I had ordered in the winter and never received. The story gets better. The new reordered canoe was supposed to arrive this April 3-12. Instead it was delivered tonight on March 21, only 5 days after the original delivery date. I called American Express to look into this matter. They heard my story and connected me with the legal department. They told me that my AmEx card was charged twice, once for the original $639.00 and again on March 16th for another $869.00. They will pursue this fraudulent action for me now. Evidently Walmart knew there was to be a price hike for the spring and did not want to sell the canoe to me for the winter lower price point even though it had already been sent from a different 3rd party than what I was told. You see the canoe is manufactured in Michigan but I live west of Portland, Oregon. So the timing of their second reorder could not have happened as they said. I must have gotten the first order a few days late but at their highs price. Walmart is not Amazon! Walmarts service stinks!"

Ordered canned tomatoes. Every single can smashed.

"Every Can was crushed. Packing non-existent. I have heard Walmart , in some cases, is packing damaged goods at the warehouse. Additionally, they sent me a message saying the second part of this order, other items, had arrived. They are no where to be seen. This is the third time I have had problems with a Walmart order. "
