"Unbelievably poor experience with walmart.com customer service, I've been hung up on multiple times, lied to about receiving an item that never arrived and then was told I'd have to pay more for it, promised emails and phone calls that were never received, given the complete run around and spent hours on hold over the course of 5 weeks trying to obtain an item I paid for. When I tried to provide feedback on my poor experience to Felicia in the escalations department she hung up on me as well! I am just shocked at how poorly customers are treated! As a previous once a week walmart shopper I vow to never set foot in one of your stores again. I will take my business to ShopRite where I am respected and receive the products I pay for."
"This is the third time ordering online & the second time walmart.com has put an authorization hold on the order amount AFTER the money was already debited out of my account. It has messed my banking up this last time and I am furious. There is no reason to hold the amount when they already got the money. The hold doesn't come off until I receive the merchandise. Bad businessship! "

"I placed an order with Walmart.com for an item that cannot be located in stores. Shortly after purchasing the item I received an email stating that they were cancelling my online order because the item was no longer in stock. However, clearly the item was still in stock & I was able to “add to cart” on the Walmart website. When I called customer service the woman attempted to place the order again for me. And again, 24 hours later I received another email stating that my order was cancelled because the item was not in stock. YET, the item is on their website for purchase. Even showing that there were 5 remaining. So why was my order repeatedly canceled. No one could explain this and now the price of the item has INCREASED BY 60%. Now they are stating they cannot help me. But rest assured if I purchase the item now at its full price (at the 60% INCREASE) my purchase will go through. Walmart rips off their customers. Never again!!!!!"
"It seems that Walmart is consistently 'out of products.' I thought this was a great place to shop when I first moved to the area. However within the last year, products are not on shelves but if you go home and shop online, you can then go back to the store and pick up the same day. Curious, isn't it? Products are out of stock for weeks at a time, with other products [probably those that don't sell as well] replacing them for a few weeks. Well, what that has done is encouraged me to shop at other stores, rending Walmart not as important anymore. I have adjusted to shopping at different stores to complete my shopping. Hence, Walmart is no longer the 'go to' store. Too bad; it used to be so convenient to not have to run all over town. Now I'm used to that practice again, so I don't go to Walmart very much anymore because the assumption is that items will not be in stock. So why bother? "
"This is the 3rd time I've used in store pickup. On all 3 occasions I had registered to receive updates both through email and text. I never received one update on any of my orders and the orders never arrived in store on the day listed, arriving 3 days late on one. I was never alerted of any of this without signing in and tracking my order manually. I would have to go to the store multiple times when it finally showed up because the employees said it was there but couldn't be picked up yet. In store pickup is the worst option you could choose. Walmart prices are the best, but their customer service is not. "

"Multiple orders either do not show up, or the wrong item is sent. Live in Florida and the tracking on my last order said it was out for delivery in Washington state. Walmart basically said sorry about you problem you have to call the seller. Now this order was canceled due to a "technical issue on the site" you can replace the order but the price is now 65% higher. The one thing they can't seem to grasp. I order from Walmart, the receipt says Walmart, the credit card statement says Walmart. That should mean WALMART is the seller. When i asked why I should still shop at walmart they said "you can shop where ever you want"."
"you lost my order and after a week behind the only thing you offer is to cancell or re-ship where i have to wait another 10 days....oh yes the rep offered me a 10% refund.....that's $3 big deal .....have to postpone a tow trip because walmart can't deliver on time......Next time i'll order from Tractor supply or home depot....any other business would have recognized that they screwed up and agree to ship item directly to me and eat the shipping charge......

"I bought Fans off the Walmart site. When they where sent they were not fans but some cheap metal part. When I called to get my order correct they just refunded my money. At the time I ordered I saw fans for a little more at another site. Now the fans are three times as much, and my project will be delayed for who know how long until I can source my fans. I thought Walmart was reputable so I went with them. WRONG"
"I bought an item using Walmart.com nearly 3 months ago now. not only was the item description completely wrong but the item I received is malfunctioning. I immediately contacted the "Walmart marketplace" for a full refund without resolution. I then contacted Walmart.com customer service a month later and still have not received resolution. The resolution seems simple, I received the wrong product (which doesn't even work), I deserve my money back. I've now filed a claim dispute with my bank. hopefully this works. never ever again. I will stick with amazon!"

"If you're going to place an order from Walmart.com be sure that you understand when the order is being fulfilled by WalMart or a 3rd party. I had an experience on an order that was facilitated by Walmart, but placed with a 3rd party that I was totally beholding to the 3rd party. if I would have realized this at the time of the order, I would NEVER have placed the order. Frankly, I don't trust Walmart or the online orders and you need to understand who you order is coming from. THIS IS NOT AMAZON!!!!!!! Buyer beware."
