Nightmare to return to Walmart.com

"I ordered a quilt which is defective from a third party vendor on Walmart.com. Weblinens and Blowout Bedding didn't send a return lable with my order. It will cost almost as much as the quilt to ship it back. Walmart will do nothing. My calls to both of these vendors, which are listed on my order, go unanswered. Big pain! Walmart.com is not helping; I will avoid making this mistake again."

Marketplace partner sent me an off-brand replacement!

"I ordered name-brand product and was sent an off-brand. Also, the 2-day free shipping isn't real....read the fine print. It came more than a week late and some products in my order are coming 2 weeks late! I'm going back to Amazon!"

Never ever buy anything from Walmart online

"I ordered a drawer 3 weeks ago and I haven’t received it yet, it was supposed to be delivered by January 5th. Also I even haven’t received any email or call from Walmart or the vendor which is “My Goods” to mention the delay or explain the problem, so
the whole day I was waiting for the purchase.
It was a gift for my mom’s surprise party on Friday night. Since I haven’t received it, it caused me some trouble to get a gift. Such a hassle, I was so busy that day.
I’m so disappointed with my purchase.
Finally I ended up emailing the main vendor, that just sent me a short email that we are sorry you will receive your purchase today!!!!!

Broken ps2 game

"I purchased midnight club dub edition remix 3 from Walmart's online store. It was said to be tested and worked despite being refurbished. When the disc arrived I imediatly put it in my PlayStation and if refused to even load the main menu. The PlayStation 2 says it cannot read the disc on the browsing menu and again I put the disc in imediatly after I received it through the mail. Do not purchase refurbished or used games from Walmart. It's likely that even if they're said to be tested they do not work. No online store should be legally aloud to take my money for a game that was stated to work when the game refuses to load the menu. I looked at a previous copy I had that stopped working a few years ago and it has two bronze circles around the middle of the disc. The midnight club I bought from Walmart's online store did not have these bronze circles, so either the game never worked and they said it did or it's a fake disc that has no possibility to function. Altogether midnight club dub edition remix 3 never worked despite the description saying otherwise."

HORRIBLE - I should've gone with Amazon

"I ordered 2 mountain bikes specifically for their 2 day in store pickup option -- over a week later and they are still not ready for pickup. Walmart online chat help cannot do anything but tell you the tracking info that you can already see when you login to the back end of the account -- brick and mortar store is unhelpful if i actually get through to anyone.

I am a long time Amazon prime subscriber and this will be the first and last time I ever mess walmart pickup option. Horrible experience. Never again

Don't waste your time

"Ordered a Microwave on Dec 5th, 2 emails and 3 phone calls later, with no follow-up still no Microwave. Apparently that whole month they were "still waiting to find out where it is." Finally just getting a refund so that we can order with Amazon. Horrible communication, no sense of responsibility to the customer and no delivery! Won't be ordering with Walmart again. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and not wasted my time. "

Very disappointed in our first shopping experience for Wal-mart.com All but one item were never sent. E-mail said items shipped was a lie

"I was sent an e-mail that my items had shipped and would arrive in 2 days. Items never arrived. 10 days later got an e-mail saying items had been returned. Truth is, items WERE NEVER SHIPPED. Not sure I will buy from Wal-mart.com again."

Horrible Car Care/ Customer Experience/Compliance Report Center

"In Short... they Didn't put my Oil Filter on correctly and it ruined my Catilac CTS. The engine, the underbody, the paint on the left side of the car and the inside smell. But the worst is my engine. All because of negligence by Wal-Mart. Then with receipts, pictures, witnesses, and reports by the caring professionals that did what they could to diagnose and fix the issue best they could. This is how Wal-Mart responds. 1st I had called a service center at Wal-Mart close to the breakdown on a major interstate exchange... and they refused to look at it or try to help since it wasn't their location. Then I kindly gave corporate a chance.. they had a assistant manager of the car care center involved call me and made me explain everything again. Just to tell me without ever saying sorry... that so would have to Drive back 500 miles where I was vacationing to have his place look at it before by Wal-Mart policy he could make a claim. There are thousands of Wal-Mart's everywhere. I live in a big enough city where there are many here. They c ant send someone to look at the car. To investigate all the info... it's not hard.. I kept everything for them. But they are to lazy and want a hard working blue collar Vet to Drive a messed up car that most likely would not make the trip thanks to them... back to a joke of a small town Wal-Mart to be evaluated by the guy who did it's supervisor who should have checked the work in the 1st place. I tried to do this kind and easy. I tried to just get my stuff fixed and related bills replaced. But apparently they would rather waist alot more money in court and spend a lot more in the end just because they are bullies that push hard working blue collar Vetrans around. Sam would roll over in his grave if he knew what his children and the board of directors had become. I met Sam and his ways are nothing like his legacy. It's a real shame.... he was such a good man. Well they have left me know choice... I'm also an advit blogger with a sir name and a huge international following of almost 2 billion. As well as part of my chamber and numerous other institutions. Like I said... I tried Sam... I really did!!! Sooo much more to come.. in sooo many arenas. And all I wanted was for them to be decent, fair and civilised in a timely matter. Honestly... it's a real shame. As in shame shame Wal-Mart... Greed has no place in Sam's corporation. You all can do better than this!!!!!! "

the worest exriance it takes forever to get your staff and

"the worst experience it takes for fever to put the order and after you place the order few hur letter this order is not available any more it is a lot of time you waste and once you p;ace the order like i did order a laptop and the chage the core from purple to blue because they dont have what i chose and i am outrageously angry and disappointed not only that you got to pick up 20min no one even sows up iask one of the employee she told me i have to be patient for her even to open her mouth like that i was so not happy the worst experience of my online shopping ever. i make a phone call the first one just hung up while we are talking and didn't even call back the second one was yelling at on me you order a blue one ..... none stop may and it comes only with blue really!!! . i am 100% sure i order purple because i return the blue laptop two weeks a go looking for other color . the most unpleasant experience ever. then you shouldn't post it what you are caring is only blue . many other store and target and others has every color including your store and no lie on line you are carrying purple any ways. never again. need different store for pick up no one has to deal with your disappearing employees form the location for 20min "

Refused return

"We ended up getting two sets of a hugables toy this Christmas for my granddaughter as two separate families got her one . When my wife tried to return it at the local store they refused saying it had to go back to the manufacture. I guess we have to send it to Beijing for a refund. The clerk said they had had hundreds of complaints about this this year yet they still sell it the same way on their website. Just one of many reasons I do not shop at WalMart."

"WalMart said a watch i bought for my granddaughter on Dec 12th would arrive in kissimmee before Christmas. Today is the 30th and NO WATCH.
It never arrived. I call customer service and got little to NO HELP. I will never buy Walmart again.

hard to return items

"I ordered Items from walmart.com for Christmas and to return them is a nightmare. I have to contact each individual 3rd party seller and initiate my own returns and pay for all the shipping, most of the 3rd party sellers do not respond to email's or phone calls.
I will not be ordering from walmart.com again.

Garbage that they try to make your fault

" After spending hours on the phone and now canceling my "replacement" I have had quite enough of your process! Using this email you could look up the order easily. Here are the facts (what was done)...

Put together the autumn lane dining set I bought that was shipped to my house.

Found a huge chunk taken out of the table top.

Could not assemble all 4 chairs as there were not enough functioning pieces.

And support for bench was cracked.

Called the company who's information is in the box and says to call them first and they said I needed to call you since you sold it to me.

First call...explained all the damage to the lady and told her I photographed it and that I now have an unusable bench and chair and the damaged table top and the call resulted in her saying she would issue replacements but she didn't originally say all the hoops I would have to jump threw. I was annoyed but accepted because I spent good money. She told me an email would be sent and it was easy to follow a link and that labels would be sent and I could just repackage the broken stuff in the new package (it's too heavy for one person and I only have help and ew days a month but she assured me it was ok and there was plenty of time). She left me with saying they would "mail" me address labels and all I do is contact walmart when I have them put in the boxes and that you would come get them. So as much as a pain as that would be I figured it sounded reasonable.

I checked my email a few hours later to "click I agree in the email" and discovered that only 2 of the 3 damaged or unusable pieces were listed to replace.

This lead to call number 2. The regular representative after gathering all my info determined it was something he couldn't handle. He transfered me to a supervisor.

The supervisor, after making me give him all the info all over again...did nothing more than apologize and said he would send a second email containing the table and the just approve both and that following the link in both adds would get my replacements to me and they would "send" me shipping labels. Fine! Great. Pain in the **** at this point but fine.

You would think the nightmare would end here?

I approved both. And within minutes got an email directing me to "print my package label to return my items"

I had to call back again (mind you at this point it's 2 am). I do not own a printer!

First rep (rep number 4 at this point) barely spoke enough English to understand. He tried to schedule a pick up for the items when they hadn't even been shipped by you for me to get the boxes to ship back. I was less than patient and had him transfer me to a supervisor (person number 5) who turned out to the the same one from the previous call.

He told me if I didn't have a printer they could mail me labels. I said sure that would be perfect. He then informed me that if he mailed me labels that I would have to some how lift these (they are a 2 person lift) and I guess walk carrying them miles on end (because they won't fit in my car) and that either I did that or I wait to resolve the label issue until I have them and to call you back and deal with you again.

He said once I call for the labels and/or pick up it can take up to 5 days! I have no room to store 2 items this large in my house. I said fine but it would have to sit on the porch but I cannot guarantee the condition it or the box would be in afterward. The guy then said that would never do. So at this point I had enough.

I asked him if there was anyway to cancel the whole thing and I take my business else where!? His response well yes I can put in a request but it may not work and if you get the item still then you are still in the same boat...left carrying a large heavy item miles I guess all because I don't own a printer or waiting for a shipper that may not come in any reasonable time. I'm not going to give you the opportunity to charge me a dime more.

The guy as I said agreed to "attempt" to cancel it. Said if I don't get a message in 48 hours it would be sent and if I did even the slightest mistep I would be charged again for an item that never should have been sent to me as it was! I am happy to share photos of the damage but I now have a useless pile of garbage that you have made impossible to return! You basically stole nearly $300 of my money, wasted hours of my life I will never get back and now I still have to get buy from someone else to fix and issue that should have been hassle free!

Your reps all tell a different story and most don't listen at all. I have had it at this point. You say it doesn't sound right. These are the details...listen to the calls that were "recorded for quality assurance"

A person can only take so much run around! Either luckily or unluckily I received the cancel notices are now only have to deal with the broken mess already here. You should be ashamed.

Stay AWAY from WALMART ON-LINE SALES..

"Seems that Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon and is offering items for sale..that are not sold by Walmart, but by their "third parties"..I ordered and item almost 10 days ago..spent extra on "EXPRESS" delivery to guarantee a delivery date..The item never showed up, only to find out it was delivered, at my cost, to an entirely different state , across the country! After hours of chatting, calling, and trying to resolve the problem..Walmart could only offer a refund and said they would investigate. I think i am even more upset that Walmart, as well as in my own research, had a contact phone number which was non-working. I even tried to research the company ( in NC) and they don't even exist! I blame WALMART for deceiving their customers, that they are first involved with with their third party retailers, and NOT their own stores, who are not researched nor reputable, Buyers Beware! don't deal with Walmart on-line..they can't come close to the efficiency of Amazon.."
