" I bought a coat rack from FASHION TALENT LIMITED CO affiliated with walmart.com. It was shipped to a wrong address. I called walmart customer service and was denied a refund. I contacted the seller and was assured that a replacement would be shipped to me. After one month, no replacement, no refund and no communication. I got my refund until I filed BBB complaint. After that, walmart even ask me to leave a positive review for this experience. So ridiculous and shameless...."
"When ever service levels are low everyone hears that feed back but when the service levels are high and the business also practices giving back to the community in which it operates, we rarely hear those compliments or nuggets of " the good stuff". I rarely write reviews unless I find it necessary to inform the public of my experience. My recent visit and experience with The Conroe Store was pleasant and helpful. I also found out Walmart's National Philanthropic unit supports many charities in the community that will make a lasting difference.

"This was a ridiculous experience. Ordered items two Friday’s before Christmas that were “same day pick up”. It went under “financial review” and stayed that way and still is as of now. They were supposed to have completed this review within 48 hours. DID NOT HAPPEN! Then I call back to see what the deal was transferred around until I got to the second escalation department who basically told me to give the billing department more time they didn’t have very many people working the weekend! How is that my problem? I spend hundreds of dollars on an order that’s not being processed at all because people didn’t come to work. Not a valid excuse. I will be getting a refund and never using Walmart.com again. "
"You know usually I like shopping at walmart btu today my experience were terrible. Now I wanted to go to walmart for one reason, to get some pokemon cards. I got 4 packs and i really wanted to have them by today so I could use them. I went looking for them then I took a walk around the store and then finally I went to pay. Now there was a extremely terribly unreasonable long line but I was willing to wait because I had nothing else to do. Then out of nowhere I see some people saying "Excuse me apparently the system has just shut down for no reason it may take an hour to come back up we need everyone to leave the store" I didn't believe it but then I left when I saw a guy with a walkie-talkie say it. I left angered and there was a huge amount of traffic. I am very angered at walmart sadly enough to say I'm still going to go back to walmart."
"The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I ordered a bed frame on line which said it was in stock and would arrive on December 14th, It did not. I checked with Walmart.com on the 15th and in checking for me they said it would be in that day and I would be notified. It was not. I checked the tracking information on the 16th and found that my package was delivered to the store for pick up on the 15th, but I was not notified. It is now the 16th, tracking says my package is there, but not ready to pick up. I call the store to see if it is there and to see if I can pick it up and they don't know what I'm talking about. The pick up department said they did not have a bed order there. So tracking says my bed order is at the store, the store says they don't have it. No one knows anything. I call the main store and ask for a manager, to which the young lady on the phone replies that she doesn't think there is a manager in the store. Online chat gives me a phone number that I can call, and guess what????? they don't know anything more than what the tracking shows me already! Could my package really be at the store???? Do I just cancel and go to another company and wait only a few more days to get something similar???? That's my vote...total frustration!"
"Item showed delivered, but did not find it anywhere around the house. Called Walmart and was told to file a police report, to call Fedex, and then emailed the report and case to Walmart headquarter for escalation. It was bought for Christmas. Never shop on Walmart.com again. Worst experience. "

Took 3 hours of being on hold to find out there was a shipping error.
Had to be reordered for shipment for the following week.

"I've been trying to find a pair of pajamas for my wife for Christmas Eve as is a tradition for our family. The first pair I ordered was supposed to be a large and when they arrived they ended up being a 3x after wasting gas to return them I thought I would give it another try with a different set, after ordering the second pair I receive a message a few days after the order went through saying they are now on back order and I have to wait a few more days to find out if they will even have them to ship them out. I don't have time to keep wasting on Walmart garbage I'm getting a refund once again and will go elsewhere. This is not the first time I've had problems with Walmart.com or at their stores, but it will be the last."
"We received an incorrect order - twice. Attempted to return at a walmart store. Spent more than an hour and was unable to return. Was on the phone with a walmart.com associate at the same time. Took him 45 minutes to issue a shipping label. The package is on my front porch. Don't know when (or if) FedEx will pick up order. No refund to date. Will not use walmart.com again!"

"I can't believe this - but it's true. Yesterday afternoon, I ordered a sherpa blanket online. I am on the East Coast, and this was a gift for some one in Port Hueneme, CA (next door to Ventura , where the fires are/were). Today, one day later -I came home and received the information that the the package was delivered. I am so much more excited as I had originally ordered a similar blanket from another online store and it was supposed to be shipped last week, then it was back ordered and of course, yesterday I cancelled it.
When I came here, I saw the very low rating that Walmart had. I am actually surprised as we ordered online before for delivery and for store pickup and we NEVER had a problem. Always arrived on time and the correct merchandise.

"Ordered a 15’ square trampoline made by Skywalker online from Walmart for the Black Friday price of $345.00. 2 of the 3 boxes made it to the house via fed ex. Box 3 was damaged in transit and returned to sender. Walmart says the box is no longer available and we have to ship back the other boxes before they refund our card - this took roughly 4 hours on the phone and web chat over 5 different days to get this answer with about 6 different worthless agents and good luck getting to their “escalation team”. I called Walmart’s supplier of the trampoline. They only carry parts. The junk is shipped over from China direct from Manufacturer to your door. Due to this Walmart and Skywalker are of no help in getting you the product. It is proven that Walmart’s 100% product delivery agreement is nothing more than propaganda. If you want to waste money are trying to get 100% of the product you pay for don’t use Walmart or Skywalker trampoline. "
