"I ordered pajamas online from one of Walmarts vendors only to find out it is a total rip off. Worst thing is Walmart doesn’t care and does nothing to solve the fact that they don’t accept returns and lie about refunding the money! I have never been so upset, beware of a brand called Favolook and Walmart overall. Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from Walmart!"
"Ordered a Coleman portable spa on-line 12/07/17 as a Christmas present for use by the family on Christmas eve. Order came on scheduled date, but had been opened, re-taped, and missing an essential part. Contacted customer service immediately and was told I must reorder the entire spa and the extended warranty (original order) then open the new order when received, salvage the missing part, then return the item for credit. Was promised the new order would be in two days...two days before Christmas. Two days before Christmas (12/22/17) I received an e-mail stating the order wouldn't be delivered until the day after Christmas. This information was much too late for me to get the item ordered and shipped from Amazon Prime. Should have paid a little more and gone through a company that knows what they are doing. On-line buyers beware!"
"My aunt is a single mother who works very hard for what she has. She had developed a cough and thought by ordering air purifiers it may help improve her work environment, this helping with the cough. The air purifiers came in beat up boxes and do not work. Walmart is saying they can’t help her because they didn’t come from Walmart. The seller is saying she can keep the damaged product and he will return 30% of her money. The fact that he doesn’t want them back tells me he knows they are no good. One won’t turn on at all. Walmart should at least screen who they allow to sell on their website. If they can’t help then at least make sure you are listing reputable sellers! Be very careful if you order online from Walmart because there is no one to help you when the product is no good. "
"Purchased item was lost in transit. After emailing Walmart when the order did not arrive on its delivery date with no response I called customer care. Instead of handling it like Amazon would, they told me to call the vendor that they processed the order through! They wanted ME, THE CUSTOMER, to chase down the vendor that they were representing!?!?! Desperate for the purchased item in order to complete a job, I called the vendor BUY4EASY INC for two weeks and they forwarded blame to UPS. The appropriate thing to do when UPS lost the shipment would be to immediately send me a new package instead of making me wait 2 weeks for the investigation and then tell me to go online and reorder. And to this day the UPS "investigation" has not been resolved. Thank you Walmart and BUY4EASY for the terrible experience. "
"Bought 4 hatchimal colleggibles on line before I priced them out elsewhere. When they arrived I couldn't believe how small they were. They were priced over twice the normal price! All the emails say Walmart. Even We Shipped your order! Took them to the store to return and was told I did not buy from Walmart but from Marketplace? To return there, they charge a 20% restocking fee! Don't trust Walmart!! My paperwork/emails all say Walmart!! It says We got it!! Very..very agry!!"
"Went online and purchased 3 last minute Christmas gifts December 18, 2017 for my son and daughter in law who confirmed that they would be coming over. Checked online Wednesday December 20, and it shows my gifts arriving Tuesday December 26. My son is leaving Christmas night and I have nothing for them. Now I have to figure out something for them and ship there presents to them after Christmas. I am so disgusted... I called the customer service number and was told they are backed up and nothing they can do. Do not fall for the 2 day shipping... it is a joke! "
"I placed an order a week and a half before Christmas and set it up for 2 day pick up. As a few days had gone by and my order had not been received yet I got nervous. After contacting the store for several days and being told "the order hasn't arrived yet" I went to the store for more information. I was told Walmart.com sent it to UPS and UPS said they never received it from Walmart. After the Manager went back and forth with UPS and Walmart.com to try to get my order reordered and expedited they said there was nothing they can do. I am now expected to receive my order after Christmas as a store pickup. Not only does that defeat the purpose of a Christmas gift I will not even be in the area on expected arrival day to get my order Christmas week (if it even arrives). I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Walmart since they pride themselves on there 2 day even next day pickup. "

"While shopping today, a woman was shopping with a large shaggy dog. The woman was not blind. Some one stopped to pet the dog. I think Wal-Mart is setting itself up for a lawsuit if one of these animals bite your customers. This is not the first time I've seen people bringing their animals into public establishments and they are not service animals. I don't think people should bring dogs in around food."
"I purchased a table and chairs set on Walmart.com. After waiting nearly three weeks on delivery, nothing was sent. I went online to see the purchased was "delivered." When I contacted Walmart.com, I was told that although I selected and paid for the items on walmart.com, they were not responsible and I had to contact the "seller." When I called the seller I was told the ad was a mistake and I was offered a refund. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance and responsibility by Walmart. "

"I have purchase items 3 times online and went to Walmart in York Pa. The first order was 2 pairs of shoes I saw online for my toddlers only to find out what they gave me was something totally different but the product numbers matched. very unhappy about that. 2nd time I wanted to order a game but online said that store didn't have it so, I chose something else. when I went to pick it up the store had many of them. So I then had to stand in line at customer service to exchange it. The same day I had ordered a spin mop which said at time of order it would be ready today. I later received email stating I could pick up 2 days later. I checked the store and they had one sitting on shelve but couldn't give me that one because once again the product number was different from online. I was fed up at this point and told them to cancel my order that was being shipped and that i will never order from walmart.com again."
"My product was lost in transit and the only reason why it was detected was because the first representative suggested that I contact the freight company after being on the phone with the first representative for 30 minutes. Then I was on the phone with the freight company waiting for 35 minutes in addition to the 5 minutes with the ending outcome of them informing me that my 65 inch TV was lost and I needed to contact Walmart to fix the situation. I did Walmart's leg work in figuring out where my purchase was at which is not the customers job. I contact Walmart again and spend a total of 2 hours on the phone with over 3 representatives explaining to me how I would not be able to receive a replacement until after Christmas this isn't expectable what so ever. I placed my original order on December 11 and no one was able to assist me in resolving the issue in a healthy manner. I didn't care what brand of TV I just wanted to receive a replacement before Christmas. After this I contacted another representative and the freight company again all continuing to give me the run around. This isn't expectable and I will never make another large purchase from Walmart again. Many of the representatives were not knowledgeable what so ever and this is not expectable because the customer money is valued but the customer as an individual isn't valued. This is very disappointing because I for one expect better from Walmart. "
"I ordered a massage table online it fell apart. I came to the store to return it was refunded for a different product that I had ordered when I realize this I called spoke to a manager was told my table would be held for me it was not I'm here trying to pick it up. I was told that I have to return it myself through the mail because it was through a third party. When you order from a place you expect that place will deal with it I don't care where they get it from they should deal with it. They were truly disorganized. So I lost $100 from ordering from them and my product"

I am very disturbed by this and feel as though I will not be using Walmart.com for any further purchases nor will I be referring anyone to use this site for any of their purchases. I feel ripped off. Any purchases made at Walmart.com in my opinion should be able to be returned in store. I shouldn't lose money in the process of a return. "
