The only discrepancy was that the repair took longer than I had anticipated, I guess it was due to the extent of the damage done to the watch. I strongly believe the company made a good judgment call and sent my watch out to the manufacturer for the stem winder part repair/replacement, perhaps to avoid watch inaccuracy standards. Overall, I am completely satisfied; it was all worth the wait. I am so impressed with the repair work that was done. My watch is working perfectly, and looks brand new.
More importantly, I felt confident I made the right choice by using Watch Repairs USA mail-in method, because I was kept well informed with updates throughout the repair process; extremely professional.

The repair included Basic Quartz service, Battery Replacement and Replacing all gaskets and pressure test certification. "Watch Repairs USA are great. They notified me by email every step of the way. I was notified when they received my watch and when they planned to inspect it. Once the estimate, which was very reasonable, was emailed to me, I was not pressured to make a decision. "With great trepidation I sent my favorite watch off to be repaired. The customer service department contacted me the following afternoon to inform me that they had received my package and that it was being sent to their estimating section. Once again I was contacted with a full report on what needed to be done and the estimated cost of the repairs which payment was expected before they would go ahead with the work, a perfectly reasonable request. The customer service department stayed in touch with me throughout the repair process and in short order they informed me the watch was being shipped, repairs complete. " I sent in my watch to get repaired, and I waited patiently for a response from you. After a month of waiting, I finally decided to call back and see where my watch was, as you had sent me an email earlier stating you had to send it somewhere else to have it looked at, which I gave permission to have done.
When I called you all back after a month, it seemed that you all never sent the watch anywhere, being that the estimate that you sent stated that the parts were discontinued and you couldn't fix it. How could that be that I call Watch Repairs, who stated that they sent my watch off to get a further estimate somewhere else, and yet the operator who took my call stated my watch was there, the technician was going to take a look at it, and then I get an estimate an hour later stating they can't fix my watch.
What a horrible experience of customer service I encountered with your company!!! And then you have the gall to charge me five times to ship it back to me, stating to keep in mind that the shipping cost might be higher due to the insurance on the package. It didn't seem to be a problem for U.P.S. to charge me $3.50 to send it to you with insurance on the package, and you want to charge me $16.00 to get it back to me.
I know this review will not make it on your web page, as every one of them were positive, but I am sure not everyone has a positive experience. I wish you would at least take responsibility for a terrible experience, instead of just saying were sorry, and at least take care of sending it back to me at a fair price!!!"
