"Very thorough automated email communications kept me updated about the status of my order at each step of the way: instructions, watch received, watch being examined, here's when to expect our estimate, here's your estimate,, item shipped, etc. etc. Very well thought-out customer service communications.
They sent a free shipping label that for sending in my watch. The reassuring tone of all the communications …. it all added up to a very smooth, seamless and impressive way of doing business online.
My watch is working great. The repair fee seemed reasonable for saving an old watch with multiple problems.

"Watch Repairs USA come via an engine search for Micheke watches (I no longer had my original receipt as it was purchased 7-8 yrs ago). Their instructions were very thorough and I followed them- I needed a complete overhaul of my Michele Mini Urban Gold Diamond watch. As soon as received I was nitified that I'd be contact with estimate within 3 days. Sure enough the estimate listed all items needed to be done and alerted me that upon opening watch there could be other factors. They repairs are perfect and the glass hand winder-knob was shattered and they were able to replace that as well. I live in San Diego California so this was a risk (watch valued at $1,800.00) and they were professional, honest, accurate with time frames and had me sign for it to acknowledge my receipt of it! So easy, no hassles, and my watch runs and (they cleaned it too) looks the best it has since I purchased!!! "
"The watch I had repaired was very special, the original Ernest Borel watch was lost so many years ago. I found an exact copy of it recently and it needed repair. You did a great job! "
"My omega 561 movement has been restored to running very accurate. The hand building of my watch parts that are not available was done with precision. As proven by its accuracy. I would send any high quality watch to this shop because they do exceptional work. "
"Watch Repairs did a great job of keeping me advised of what was going on at every step of the repair and shipment process. I felt very confident in their capabilities from the get go. The renovated watch looks and runs perfectly.

"Watch Repairs USA performed an impressive complete overhaul of my 30+ year old Heuer 1000 pro dive watch. The watch was disassembled, cleaned and lubricated, the quartz movement was repaired, the discontinued circuit board was rebuilt, a new crystal was fabricated, all gaskets were replaced and a certified pressure test was performed. The watch looks great and is keeping fabulous time. I couldn't be happier! Turnaround time was about 6 weeks once I gave approval and the technicians and CSR's were among the best I've dealt with. I highly recommend these folks for their expertise and professionalism."
"I sent my Chase-Durer to Watch Repairs USA for a new band, battery, and seals. This company was great to work with. They notified me via e-mail when they received the watch--even sent a pic to confirm condition of the watch on arrival. They evaluated the watch and sent me an estimate for all of their work. I had to wait 3+ weeks for the band because it was a special order. Overall, it was a great process and Watch Repairs USA kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will use them again and recommend their services to anyone needing quality watch repairs at a great value."
"Before I sent my watch across the country to these guys I read the reviews here. The reviews seemed too good to be true, but I wanted my watch fixed/restored. I sent the watch in on December 10th, 2015. I received an estimate on January 4th, 2016. On January 26th I had my watch back. The watch is beautiful, appears almost new. For the price, I could have bought a new watch, but you can't put a price on memories. I have sat down and wrote a short memoir about the watch and how many times I have lost it and how it always found its way home. I look forward to this watch lasting me the rest of my life and giving it to my son. "
"We purchased a 1950"s vintage Hamilton watch that was given to a retiring executive of Nestle Corporation in 1955. Purchase price, well it was $2.00 and the watch had not been used for at least 20 plus years. It was in rough condition and when I sent it into Watch Repairs, it was estimated that it would take 3 months to rebuild and some parts would need to be made. To my surprise the watch was delivered a month early, running and it had been polished. Granted the scissor style band still had scratches but they were even polished. If you have a Hamilton that needs repair, I highly recommend that you use Watch repair.
Great job, now we are off to find another treasure!"
"I really appreciate this service company. I felt totally confident in sending my watch, they were very good about communicating the price of repairs as well as the time necessary to order the parts. They asked for approval for every step. I am sending them 2 more watches that are not responding to new batteries...
Well done Watch Repairs USA!"
"I contacted Croton, the manufacturer of my watch, to inquire about a repair and they referred me to Watch Repairs USA. After mailing them my watch, with their offer of free shipping and insurance, they promptly sent me an estimate via email. Their estimate was reasonable (compared to buying a new watch) and I accepted the estimate. The watch was securely returned to me and they paid for shipping, requiring a signature for UPS delivery. This company is efficient and has a very good customer service attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend them."
"I am always anxious when I send a valuable watch out for repaid, ever since a repair service gouged a huge scratch into a decorated rotor on a watch with (of course) a crystal on the back! Watch Repairs USA has repaired a Patek with a guilloche dial and a guilloched Armand Nicolet with excellent results both times. Once they obtained parts, I got an estimate, which was accurate both times. You can trust them with your fine watches. RBT, Reno, NV."
