"This is the third time I have used Watch Repairs USA to look after my watches. I have one regular Tissot watch that they have replaced the battery in a couple of times and one, very precious old watch that belonged to my grandmother that they overhauled and completely repaired for me - the service every time is very good and you are kept informed the entire process. I would recommend using this company, particularly for time pieces that are precious or have sentimental value."
"I had my father's 107 year old gold pocket watch restored. The watch was a mess--no hands, glass cover, not running etc. Watch Repairs did a fantastic job spending numerous hours getting it back in shape. It was returned to me like new. I appreciate the professionalism and good customer relations that Watch Repairs exhibited. Thankfully, we can keep the watch as a remembrance for many years to come."
"The watch repair was done as promised. Quick service, fair price. i highly recommend this company if you have a fine watch that needs to be repaired or restored."
"I was a little reluctent to send my favorite Elgin watch halfway across the country to be repaired but Watch Repairs USA made the task a breeze. They handled the repair as they said they would, for the price they quoted, and in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and will us their services in the future if needed. I also would have no reservation to recommend them to anyone in need of watch repair. Excellent Company!!!!! "
"I had my watch (Waltham, 1919) repaired at different times since its purchase, but the concluding message each time was there were parts they did not have or could not access. My watch sat in the drawer for almost 20 years. When I saw the advertisement from Watch Repairs, and sent my watch for repair estimates, the estimate was very reasonable and the assurance that parts could be made was great news.
The watch now looks tremendous, and draws looks of envy from my co-workers, Watch Repairs did a wonderful job, and soon will receive my Southbend watch for its repairs."
"Not only was the website easy to navigate, the frequent updates and quality of the repairs were great! "
"I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
I HAD MY WATCH WORKED ON AT ANOTHER CERTIFIED RETAILER AND IT CAME BACK TO ME WITH BROKEN HANDS AND A BROKEN WRISTBAND, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED.
I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. SO I CALLED THE WATCH REPAIR PLACE TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND SEVERAL WEEKS LATER I HAD MY WATCH BACK, BEAUTIFUL, JUST LIKE NEW. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL. ONLY AND THE ONLY THING IS THE WATCH TOOK A LITTLE LONG TO GET BACK,OTHER THAN THAT- SERVICE, COMMUNICATION AND PRICE WERE GREAT. THANK YOU!!

"My watch (which was surely worth keeping, but over 20 year's old) was timely repaired and returned to me, looking brand new;-))"
"We have two Rolex watches which were cleaned and repaired expertly, in a timely manner and for very reasonable prices. We never feared for them in shipping or handling during the repair. We highly recommend Watch Repairs. "
"I needed the battery replaced. Watch Repairs USA also cleaned the watch, replaced all gaskets, etc. and pressure-tested for water resistance. None of that could I see, but I was impressed that it was polished and looked as good as new. "
"Great Service and kept me updated with progress or if they found other issues in my items.
They explained every detail of their service. "
"After my Dad passed away, I was given his 1950's Mido. Which needed much repair. Apparently the story goes as he was cutting down sugar cane in Cuba in 1963 in order to the leave the Cuba. He swung his machete an it hit his watch band which saved his wrist from being cut open. The watch was damage but he kept it to fix later. Forgot to mention the funds used to purchase this Mido was to avoid giving the family cash away to the communist regime. You couldn't leave the county but with only a few bucks on you as the rest had to remain. Mom got gold necklace dad got the watch.
So when my Dad passed away a few years ago it was my quest to fix the Mido. After trying all the local repair guys here in the DC area an with no luck. I went surfing on the web an ran across Watch Repair USA. I was a little worry since I couldn't see who they were an no referral. I took the chance. There submission process was very user friendly. They came back with an estimate very quickly, within a week. The estimate was reasonable an very professional. Once I agree the watch was repaired an mail back within a 60 days. It took so long cause a few item had to be hand made, which is the part I was most impressed with the most . .
So I highly recommend Watch Repair USA for any watch repair.

"I recently had my Ebel time piece repaired and I was very pleased with this service. I had no prior experience with this company and have to admit I was a little nervous at first. Service was delivered as promised and the price was very reasonable. Not knowing anything about the company, I read previous reviews which reassured me that this was a legit company. They kept in contact with me through the whole process and shipped the time piece back to me when the repair was complete. I didn't have to leave my house! I definitely would recommend you give them a try. "
"I own a 27-year-old Breil Milano moonphase watch, purchased on the day my son was born. I recently dropped it on a hardwood floor and it stopped running. I tried every local option available (and there are some very skilled watch makers in the Seattle area where I live), but none would touch this watch because the manufacturer of the quartz movement (PUW - Pforzheimer Uhrenwerke) went out of business long ago and no replacement parts are available.
But then I found Watch Repairs USA! I shipped it to them and they were back to me with an estimate within a few days. They offered to overhaul the watch (clean out old oil, re-oil, repair/replace parts as needed), rebuild the circuit board, repair the complications (in addition to the moonphase the watch has two subdials for day of the week and date, so this is a tall order), ultrasonically clean, reassemble and time test...for $240, which seemed a reasonable price considering the work they proposed to do, and less than I paid for the watch in 1988.
Repairs took about 6 weeks. I received my watch back last week, and I am very pleased. Adjusting it is smoother than ever (even when it was new I always found the adjustments for the various subdials rather stiff), and to me it seems even better than new.
Based on this experience, I recommend Watch Repair USA highly! Should I ever have another issue with a treasured timepiece, I would not hesitate to use their services again."
