"Placed my order the weekend of Thanksgiving. It took them three weeks to ship my order. Then, when I do receive my order, I realize that the serial number on the watch and certificate (which was shipped separately) do not match up. In fact, the certificate appeared to be fake. I immediately contacted them. They stated that they somehow mixed my actual certificate with someone else's certificate and promised to ship me the correct one immediately. I am not sure how it was possible for them to mix up the certificates if the watch is authentic? I contacted them today to follow-up on the alleged certificate they promised to ship and got another excuse that Fedex forgot to grab my package (a small envelope). They promised it would go out today. Guess what. It did not. It has now been a month and I still have not received my complete order. I doubt I will receive it by the end of the year."

As for shipping, there was some problem with UPS; it seemed like some information was missing, so the delivery was delayed. After I paid for taxes and duty, I contacted Watchmaxx about the issue and they were quick to contact UPS.

I believe I got the watch in less than 2 weeks (Canada).
