"Ordered a very expensive Breitling watch which did not get delivered on time. Had to call customer service only to find out that they haven't even processed my order yet. Eventually the watch got delivered after a delay of several weeks. The watch came without digital warranty card, without threaded seal tag, without back or front bezel protective covers and a damaged box which wasn't even the actual box that particular model comes in. There were scratches on the back plate. When Watchmaxx was contacted with these issues we were given run around for several days. We sent pictures of the item and although they agreed with the problems with the allegedly "BRAND NEW" watch however we will have to pay for return shipping, insurance and restocking fee. The other option was to be even more stupid and exchange the watch for another which according to them they couldn't guarantee will be delivered in time or will not have the same issues. Also not having the digital warranty card from Breitling means these could be fake. I highly suspect these watches are just good copies and they make money off restocking fees whenever someone asks for a return even when it is their own fault. Stay clear of them."

"This is my second Breitling purchase from WatchMaxx. The first purchase was through Amazon under their partnership, this time was directly from their website WatchMaxx.com. Both watches arrived as expected, in new packaging with all of the stickers and other usual findings from buying a new (usually nicer) watch, except for one thing, the warranty. I understand that when you purchase a watch on the gray market, you are buying what is technically a used watch that will be offered with no warranty direct from the manufacturer - stickers and protective coverings aside... It's not considered new to Breitling. I have reached out to Breitling and they were quick to tell me that there are absolutely NO authorized dealers for Breitling online... they are suggesting even the jewelry stores that sell new Breitling inventory as authorized dealers are theoretically not authorized to sell them online.

So I am fully aware that the inventory Watchmaxx is selling is secondhand, non-factory-warrantied goods with only the assurance of a WatchMaxx warranty, which is completely fine; however, I do not understand why they can't include the warranty card(s) or international warranty form. If the watch is already unrecognized by Breitling, then why don't we leave it up to them to decide what they are and are not going to cover.. If I'm paying for it... I want ALL of the papers - valid or not.. "
