"They provide a much needed service. I had an upgraded and "hacked" TiVo whose factory drive died. No Warranty and nothing to do but trash it and buy a new TiVo for $400? Wrong, these guys answered my questions via email and shipped me a new drive that fixed my TiVo (and added 20hrs) for $79!!! Less than an "extended" warranty that would not have covered my "modified" device anyway!"

"WeaKnees is the greatest thing since TiVo itself. When my TiVo died earlier this week, I went all twitchy and freaked out. What is a gal to do without her precious TiVo?

Well, providence brought me to the WeaKnees site, and I've been saved. They even managed to get my replacement TiVo brain overnighted to me (even though I ordered it rather late in the day), and I was able to perform the necessary surgery easily right in my very own home.
