"After I had verified purchase, shipping charges and PayPal had processed the transaction, I received an email from Web Eye saying my order would not be shipped until I sent them $20 more for shipping; and I could not use PayPal for this $20 transfer. I replied that I wanted the order cancelled as it was a change in the original invoice paid by PayPal and I was not comfortable that they were now forcing me to not use PayPal. My Web Eye online account then changed to $25 owing before order would be shipped! No replies to my email. Opened a dispute in PayPal and received a refund after 2 emails and just before the dispute became a claim. I would not trust these people with vision or any other product!!"

I ordered a product on june 8th 2012 got an email a few days later on june 12th 2012 stating my product has been put on back order. Well its now almost a month later and i still havent heard the status on my product nor have i recieved it. Ive called a million times to there hotline number and ive gotten no help. I even took it to further matters to call the place who owns the website and still have recieved no help. nobody answers there phones or returns your calls or messages. i dont know what kind of business these people are running but its absoulty rediculous and it needs to be shut down. i dont think ill ever get my $40 back."

"I was pleased with the price of my order. I did also pay for the 3 day shipping and was not pleased with this. When I tried using the "tracking" number provided, it did work. I called and emailed Web Eye Store several times and my calls and emails were not returned."

"Their shipping is expensive (almost $7, their actual cost is less than $2 including packaging, based on 4 packages of lenses). They take forever to mail the order. Once I hadn't heard anything for a week but they responded quickly when I emailed. If it wasn't for the price and my prescription being on file with them I would probably shop elsewhere."

I received an email on 04/16/12 that my order has been mailed. I received another email on 4/18/12 confirming shipment, got a call from rep to confirm prescription approved and said shipment sent and should reecieve by monday 04/23/12.come 4/23/12 when I am expecting my lenses ,I then receive an email from stamps.com that shipment sent 04/23/12. I am traveling out of the country and would not be available to receive them. I say they are terrible and wont ever order or recommend them."
