"As a customer ordering from outside the US, I can't say that I'm satisfied. Something went very wrong with my order:
The posting fee to my country was miscalculated at the time of order, and only after the payment was done by PayPal, I received an email saying I had to add about 30% to the quoted price or WES will not ship my package. Not only that, for some reason it was not possible to pay the addition fee using PayPal which let me no choice but to pay with credit card.
Nevertheless, the assistance I got from the customer service by email was OK.
Obviously mistakes happen from time to time, the question remains is who should pay for it. To my opinion WES got it wrong this time.
