"The most untrustworthy company i've ever dealt with. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Sent me 2 Blackberry Bolds 9930 & 9900 that was OPENED. I complained so much that and i said you better compensate me for wasting my time! They said we will refund you $75 that is the most we can do. HAHHAHA 2 months later... NOTHING!! Okay so When the phone started malfunctioning a few days later or even better, it'd turn on then it'd turn right back off regardless of changing batteries, charging. Complained and shipped it both back, they made me put a $800 deposit!!!! To get my new phones. You idiots i just paid for the "new" phones you tried to jip me with and now you want to charge me another 800 temporarily? Not only that, They are complete idiots made me waste over 5hrs of my minutes (went over my minutes that month thanks wirefly!!!) to be place on hold to listen to their lame my excuses of "I have to wait for an email i have to wait to hear back from someone else" all day long. Almost 2 months later, I long onto my online banking to see a surprise of a $400 w/d from my bank account. Hey you unlegit ppl, its the 1st of the month i have rent and car bills to pay how about you dont just randomly steal money from my account!?!?! So of course i spent all day complaining for nothing bc now that its 6pm i get a "sorry i havent gotten a response back, sorry my suprvisor isnt here" HAHAHAHAH can you say they are a joke!? Here is the better part, they alsoooo confirmed receiveing my phones with the tracking # that i provided them and so they say we have a signature that your packages was received but we are still gonna keep your money for a few days. If my rent check or my car bills get NSF thanks to you wirefly, be prepared for the worst i-rate customer you will ever encounter! I will never everrrr do business with these incompetent idiots again. I hope you go out of business!

"This is a great company to order your phones thru. I bought 5 phones thru this company and switched cell service through them and it was a piece of cake!! Customer service was great....phones came when they said they would...just an overall wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future!!! I was skepitcal at first but took the dive and so glad I did!!! RECOMMENDATION.....YES YES YES!!!!! Oh and did I mention they saved me $600.00!!!!"
"Wirefly Refer a Friend Program, (http://wirefly.tellapal.com), was a scam to get me any my friends to buy our phones at Wirefly.
We had been referred by a friend to buy our phones through this program, which gives us $25 each, include the person who referred us. Condition: We had to keep our phones/plan for $60-90 days. It had been 4 months, and the status still showing as Pending. Email support took over 20 days to get a response. They wouldn't give us a reason for why our rewards got denied. Very disapointed with this company. "
"I've bought cell phones from Wirefly a couple of times. I love the no-pressure online shopping, but once I've decided what I want, just before the credit card input, there's a note with the transaction number and phone number and I call a customer service tech to make sure I'm getting just what I want. I get excellent personal attention. When I've told people the deals I've got from Wirefly, they don't believe it. But they ask, "What site was that?" :-)"
"This is the WORST place to order your cell phones!!!
First they hold me on the phone for more than an hour with a repersentative who can barely speak English. Instead of helping you understand the phone features and includsions of different plans, she was hard selling on the Insurance and Phone Accessories and some Technician Assistant plans. After I clearly repeated many time to her that I don't need any of these items, she told me my order was canceled because I failed to pass their VALIDATION SCREEN PROCESS. Then she passed the phone to another department. After spending another 30 minutes, they still canceled my order. No reasons give!!!
Waise of time."
