"I have ordered from wirefly in the past and have always been pleased with the prices, how quick my phone is shipped to me and customer service if I have any issues. I will say though that when I initially placed my orders it appears that they outsource to a foreign call center as the representative spoke English with a very thick accent and I struggled to understand them. Barring that concern I would and have recommend them as a place to get a good deal for a cell phone....I would just do my ordering directly through the internet."
"So 2 issues right now. I talked to 2 of their sales reps over the phone and both told me that I could have my phones shipped to different addresses, since I was getting a family plan. Both sales reps said YES that it could be done. I placed my order with them and at the end placing the order, I was told by the sales rep that I would have to contact Customer Service "when they opened" to setup the separate shipping. Called Customer Service today and guess what, oh they can't ship the phones to separate addresses. All phones must go to the billing address. So I was lied to just so some sales rep could get a sale. Now I feel that the Galaxy S II's are probably not going to be shipped 9/23 either, I bet that is just a lie to get sales.
Then I noticed that on my order there was 2 X $8 screen wipes. Maybe this was some default thing that got added when I started the order online, but I do not recall adding it when talking over the phone. Which was confusing because they asked me if I wanted all these damn accessories and then they could barely understand me when I said "NO", I don't want anything but the phones. But they were able to cancel the wipes, but they already charged me for them, so I hope to see the money back in my bank account soon.
So for now not so many stars since this has been crap service. I will see what happens with the Galaxy S II's and if they actually ship on the 23rd or if its going to pop up as back-ordered.... yup"
"I pre-ordered the Samsung Epic 4G Touch for Sprint on Wirefly over the phone. All seemed ok until I saw a $9.99 charge for Support Squad on my credit card, which I had not authorized. I called Wirefly back, and the customer service rep said, "We've been getting a lot of calls about Support Squad, but it has nothing to do with us, so I cannot/will not cancel that charge." Reading the reviews here, it seems clear that Support Squad is absolutely related to Wirefly. So, that's two dishonest / misinformed customer service reps out of the two I dealt with. I cancelled my order and will never use Wirefly again."

Promised I had one technical issue..the technical team was NASA intelliligent and courteous..their prices and knowledge is superb..I had dealt with the pompous Verizon retail store staff before and decided to change..I did! I ordered an HTC sensation on September 7th and chose the 2 day shipping option. I paid 8$ more for the shipping option. Now, they say that my phone will be shipped only on September 12th. The reasons they quoted are:
1. 2nd business day means 2-3 business days by Fedex definition.
2. There is no delivery on Saturdays (Fedex does Saturday deliveries but you need to opt for that and probably pay extra. Wirefly probably did not opt for Saturday delivery).
3. Shipping days do not include activation time from T-mobile (which is usually 1 business day).
4. 10AM in Seattle (the time of order) is actually past business day in their office towards the East.
These factors were not mentioned when I ordered. And they do not show the estimated shipping date while ordering. This set wrong expectations for me.
It was also a little hard to get to a human on their customer service.
Seeing this review, their customer service representatives tried to contact me multiple times and finally refunded the shipping charges. I'm glad they take reviews seriously and respond to them. I hope, in future, they would display the expected delivery date while ordering."
"I ordered HTC EVO 4 G it worked for 1 day now phone is dead having to pay $400 to get a replacement phone. I have never had to pay for a non working phone replacement. You might want to pay extra and buy your phone through carrier as I would have been able to go to sprint a get a immediate replacement. I will never order from wirefly again and this is thrid time I have used them, but this is not acceptable"

"I am very pleased with the Droid Incredible 2 that I got from Wirefly (which was free with a new 2 yr contract), & it arrived within a reasonable time. The salesperson pitched a very hard sell on accessories, & I ended up getting accessories that I normally would not buy without seeing them in person or on the net ... a silicone cover AND a holster w/clip, being led to believe one fit inside the other. Not true ~ one can only use one OR the other; if the silicone cover is on, it's too large to fit inside the holster. I "thought" I was getting something like the "Defender" cases. Neither of what was sent is enough protection by themselves. I returned the accessory items (at my cost of $10.15), & then got an email that my service had been cancelled - ??? So I called & spoke with "Ken", (who was very helpful), & we tracked my UPS return, which shows arrival at Wirefly tomorrow, & I should be credited back on my credit card. But I'm out the $10.15 for returning unusable items. My phone service had not been cancelled ~ apparently that is a "mistaken" form letter. I was surprised to see so many detrimental reviews of Wirefly on this site, which will make me cautious about checking my credit card for the returned items. Other than the "hard sell" for items that did not work together properly, I feel Wirefly did a good job of going over the features of the Incredible 2. The salesperson was very good about checking those out for me, & the phone arrived promptly & seems to be working fine. I would recommend Wirefly to others, but would warn them about the "hard sale" attitude. "
