"I'm a little confused about their high ratings on RR because my experience was anything but great. They sent an email to me that I would say explains the lack of negative review here:
"If you are happy with your recent purchase, we would greatly appreciate it if you would tell others by submitting a review at Reseller Ratings.....If, based on your experience, you would rather not recommend Wirefly, we would love to hear from you directly at Online Support"
I would say incompetent describes wirefly pretty accurately except we did get the right phone in the end.
Their operators all seemed very nice but only speak enough English to do their basic job; don't bother asking a question that isn't on the script. Also, be prepared to call back a few times, they dind't seem to be very good as confirming they had everything they need before getting off the phone.
In the end I saved money but I'm not sure it was worth it.

"Such a BAD BAD BAD experience with this company. I tried to extend my contract with T-Mobile and purchase a new phone through Wirefly. The price was $50 cheaper than the T-Mobile price, so it seemed like a good way to save $50. Unfortunately Wirefly takes information from you, then sends you an e-mail saying to contact them as they need additional information. I called them back 4 separate times, twice for the same exact information I have previously provided. The 3rd time I called back, I asked them why cant you just ask me everything you need to know in one single call so we can complete this transaction. The people who answer the phone have no clue and rely on some other department who communicates with T-Mobile. One the 4th call, they kept asking for the same information over and over, and I was sick of calling them. I asked them to cancel my order and I called T-Mobile, and in 1 single call, my order was complete. Yep. It cost me an extra $50, but was not worth the frustration this company was causing me. Wirefly, get your act together or you will continue losing customers!"
