"I ordered my HTC Evo through Wirefly and i could not be any happier. From when i first heard of Wirefly through Facebook, it has always been extremely helpful. The number of phones and deals they have from Wirefly are just amazing, especially when finding an HTC Evo in any store was impossible. After receiving my phone the activation process had some difficulties so an exchange of emails and a friendly phone call from a Wireflys customer service team member helped me get my phone activated in no time. I have been extremely happy with my purchase from Wirefly and always recommend family members and friends to order from them.(My sister happened to order her HTC Evo from Wirefly as well, after constant search for the best possible deal) Overall the experience was simple, fast, and satisfying. "My experience with Wirefly, was not the best. First I ordered my phones and service, but was declined by Nextel/Sprint, since they thought I still owed them money on a closed Sprint account 4 years ago. After closer scrutiny they realised my account was closed in good standing as I told them. Because of this my first order was cancelled, however Sprint said I could order directly from them, but they could not give me the same free phones and contract as Wirefly advertised, so I cancelled with Sprint and called Wirefly to place a 2nd new order. I was able to get the same deal as before, and Wirefly said they would handle my rebates, but to be patient, since they would be credited in 2 - 3 billing cycles. 3 billing cycles have passed and still no rebate. I called Sprint and they said no rebate was entered, however I could do it myself, so as of 11/29, I will submit my rebate and see what happens.. "

"This is the 2nd time I have purchased a phone through Wirefly, and I couldn't be more pleased. I got a great deal on 2 Motorola Droids and the shipping was fast! "i don’t like buying things online cause you never know whose scamming you these days. it was kind of ahrd to pass up this price though. ion the end they’re guarantee was what convinced me it was ok to buy. i figured if it didn’t work out, i could just return the phone. luckily, i didn’t need to. the phone was the exact same one they sold in stores except for a fraction of the cost. i couldn’t be more pleased. they’er a great company with a great product."

"Wirefly should of been my first choice. However i was not as lucky at finding a great website offering deals based around customer satisfaction. With my order free shipping was included, that i wasn't expecting. Due to past experiences. Wirefly also has a great understanding of time based actions. What i mean is that they had delivered my phone with in the time they said i would get it. Incredible.
Their rates are cheap considering the quality of their service. Although i did not find any fault with Wirefly reviews of the services nearly through me off. Please don't let this be he case for you. Wirefly can be trusted in all fields of the service they provide right down to shipping and delivery.

Placing an order at Wirefly has been a delight and i have recommended my business partners to this service, In the hope that they find the same great services as my experience using this site to order my new hand held.

"I heard great things about Wirefly, but the hype does them no justice. The customer service is at a whole new level, they make you feel important and take the time to listen and fit you with the best wireless solution for your specific needs.
I am amazed at the caring staff and it is very clear that they want to make sure you are satisfied. The product was set up and ready to use upon arrival, and the caring staff ensured I got an exact match to my needs. I would recommend this service to friends and family.
I truly believe these people have taken customer service to a whole new level. Great Job A++

"I have placed an order of 5 phones with Wirefly recently. After receiving all confirmations and the following day, I received emails saying that my orders are all cancelled. Calling Wirefly and all I was told that "the system rejects my orders and they can not override it". I asked for the reason why the system rejects my orders, they said "don't know and they can not override it"... ???? What is business doing? Let people ordered products then rejected the orders without any better reason...Is that sound right to a business? Yeah, I think so but to only a junk one. Never come back.

Update: YEAH, thanks for reminding me to go to other store for the phones. I already GOT THE PHONES (same phones and a little cheaper price than you guy) and I am using them now. Why waste my time and can not say why my orders were cancelled. JUNK.

"First let me say that wirefly had the lowest opgrade price I could find on a HTC EVO. That said after ordering and my order being shipped I sasw a post of a person saying that if you made changes to your account within 180 days wirefly could charge you 300.00. So I did further research to find that many many complaints about this wirefly and there business practices. So I decide I would return the phone and order from a different company. I called customer service and received a ra number to return ther phone. The rep told me that if i just refused the phone fedex would return it to them and I would have a credit within 24hrs of then receiving the package back. I refused delivery of the phone and waited for 24hrs after it was signed for by there wharehouse and I chated with there customer service rep. Who told me they had not received the phone yet I informed him of the tracking number and even the employee name of who signed for it. Then the rep tried to tell me the tracking number i gave him wasn't valid. It was the same tracking number that was used when they sent me the phone because of my refusing shipment. Then finally after 20 minutes he was able to track the shipment but now said i need to wait 48hrs that he would esculate this to the wharehouse. Avoid this company at all costs. Update they have sent a email stating they are crediting my cc."

"A bit of misinformation during the order process but they made it up to me with free shipping. Overall they have excellent prices and provide a good service. Their customer service is friendly and available over a chat dialog and by email.

I do suggest researching this company before you make a purchase. This is a great deal on cellular devices if you know what you are getting into; they have certain terms you must follow through on or you could be charged the full retail price of the phone you are ordering. They are very good about disclosing this information and from what I've gathered, as long as you keep your plan and device the same for 6 months you will have nothing to worry about.

Highly recommend for the bargain hunter and educated consumer.

" I found out too late that I could have gotten the same deal at a Verizon store for half the price, for the same cell. Main thing is that I had a bad experience with the calls to India. The staff works off a script, so it’s like you’re talking to a robot who will not listen to what you’re saying and reason by themselves. They can seem rude too, at least the men I talked to (the one woman was fine, someone who could make decisions outside her script). While on the phone with them they had to contact Verizon, without me hearing the interaction, a couple of times. Then, when I called Verizon directly I could not solve my issue because they didn’t have the whole information, so I had to go back to Wirefly.

I don’t like the fact that I’m tied to Wirefly for 6 months through my contract, which should be with Verizon anyway, not them. All I wanted was to buy a cell online—no more. It was not until I received the phone that I learned I could not make changes to my plan for 6 months without recurring a hefty penalty--they’ll charge your credit card the full price of the phone for changes like switching lines, etc.
My advice is to avoid this kind of third-party hassle by going directly to your carrier, or buying online from a place that will not tie you down the way Wirefly does. And a place that understands Americans are used to high-quality customer service where the customer comes first.

"Wirefly suck, I ordered an HTC EVO. They ask me to call them to verify so I did. They have "out of wallet" questions from no where and ask if I know those people. I'm not sure where they get the info from but I got no idea who are they. So the system failed my answer. So my order got cancelled. They have no other mean to validate me like SSN, in person, or Driver license with picture. Their validation system is suck big time for me. The reason I go with them because they have the best deal on HTC EVO. Oh well, I have to find other wireless provider that have a better system."

"I think this has been my worst online shopping experience EVER. For one I paid for overnight shipping Monday evening, (I understand it probably wouldnt have left that same night so I expected it on Wedesday). It is now Wednesday and my order hasent even shipped yet, the customer service is terrible, you can't ever get a person that speaks good English, they are obviously slow look at my order. Not to mention that I had to take photos of my ID and Social Security Card, only to get an email back saying that I need to sign my SSC and send another copy., yet again only to find out its going to take even longer. It is no2 6:45 Wednesday evening and my order still hasent been shipped, they have however takes $271, out of my bank account. I will NEVER use wirefly again after this, I recommend you just pay the extra and get your phone from the carrier."
