"I am very happy with my purchase from Wirefly.com. We have a family plan and one member of my family did order their phone separately and had an issue with her order. The CSR entered her area code wrong so it delayed the order. The problem has been resolved and I was told the ordering over the phone is a bit of a time consuming process.
We however ordered our phones on a Saturday morning via the internet and we had our phones on our doorstep Tuesday afternoon and that was with the free ground shipping. I was unable to activate my phone without speaking to Verizon but got it handled very quickly. We activated my husbands phone later in the evening and he was able to do it with just the push of a button.

"I bought the DROID by Motorola from them I've had it for over a month now. Happens to be one of the best phones I've ever had its not made out of cheap plastic like alot of phones are.
This cell phone honestly has little weight it which is nice.

I only get like 450 minutes a month lets face it I hardly call anyone with the phone.. I get Unlimited web which is i cared for in the first place was to be able to surf the web when im out and a about. I also have Unlimited weekends and Unlimited nights aswell so thats good.

I mean come on I picked the DROID by Motorola up for $0 down thats a cell phone thats valued at over $500 USD's but i had to get a 2 year contract for it.

Basically I pay $60 a month for the phone and $30 for the unlimited internet on it.

Good thing is you can Tether with the cell phone and use your cell phones 3g with your laptop!

"i was interested in upgrading my Moto Razr to an android based phone. The local Verizon Wireless store had the best price of $199 for an android phone - all of them. However, I found a coupon for Wirefly to get the HTC Incredible for FREE. I thought this was the phone for me, so I tried to order online. However, I tried for 2 days and kept getting an error message telling me to call customer service everytime I tried to submit the online order.

Initially I felt this was some sort of scam to upsell me once I called in (i'm pessimistic like that). FINALLY on the 25th attempt I was able to get into the ordering system and it worked. Thank goodness.

The next day it showed that my order was processing and then shipped that day. Since I live in the same state as Wirefly (VA), I received it two days later, and the Fedex shipping was free. The phone was as advertised and I proceeded to activate it. I had to call Wirefly and have them do the activation, which took about 10 minutes.
After using the phone for a day, I decided it wasn't the phone for me. I went to the Verizon store to get a hands on look at the offerings and I decided I wanted the Samsung Fascinate. I called Wirefly for an RMA # and packed it back up in the box that it came in. The Customer Service lady was very friendly and said there would be no charge to change phones at all, there was no price difference. Also, they include a free fedex label to return the item. I sent it back on a Friday, and they received it on the following Tuesday. So far this whole process I was receiving Emails everytime there was anything going on with my order. I really like that. Great feature.

I posted on Twitter that I hope @wirefly gets my phone to me quickly. Well, sure enough they helped me out, and I didn't even complain. I received a tweet to call Customer Service as there was an update about my order. I called them and they said that as a courtesy they were waiving the $49 fee for the phone (which is the first I'd heard of it.. but OK), and they were upgrading me to FREE overnight Shipping (they usually charge $19.99 for it). It was about 5pm that evening and I was skeptical, but later in the evening I got the email that said the phone had shipped and there was tracking # set for delivery the following morning (Thursday).

I was surprised to get the response tweet as I had never given them my name. However, after thinking about it, my Twitter profile has my City and my Full name. they must have taken it from there.

I received the phone abut 10am, and then I one again called to activate it. This time, the customer service rep started out helpful, but then said it would take 48 hrs. I said it didn't take that long last time... so after pressing him, he stayed on the line, worked with their activation team and got me up and running. Total call time about 20 minutes.

So far, my experience has been great with Wirefly. They offer the best deals I've seen so far.However, search around for different links into their site. If you go there cold, you may see a higher price for a phone, but if you search for Wirefly coupons online those links tend to take you to the deals.
And as far as them upgrading my shipping, they didn't have too, but I really appreciated it. Nice to know they are watching Twitter for people that aren't even complaining. I'd use them again in a minute. The little bit of hassle that it was, still saved me over $199 that Verizon wanted in the store or online. "
