"I ordered the new DNA which did end up being on backorder from the manufacture. after some frustration from being promised next day shipping but getting 2nd day I left feed back stating my fustration. The next day I did recieve a call from one of the supervisors who was very helpful in explaining the because the back ordered phones we recieved later in the day next day was no longer available with fedex so it was shipped 2nd day to ensure it was shipped that day. Overall I appreciate they took the time to call and explain this to me which most companies may not have done."

"I couldn't find a lower price on the Motorola RAZR M anywhere else. $49.99 out the door and no tax in my state! I selected 2 day shipping, but it did not arrive on time. I called to for a refund on the shipping, but they offered to send me a bluetooth headset instead, which I accepted but have not received yet. They have a "14 day satisfaction guaranteed" return policy which is supposed to start when you "activate" the phone, but it's actually not 14 days since it begins on the day that you place the order and not the actual "activation" date. I guess that's there definition of activation. I called back after ordering the phone to check to see who would cover warranty exchanges if something were to happen to the phone but they kept going in circles without being able to answer my question. I gave up after 10 attempts of asking the same question to the same representative. Overall, I received the phone I wanted for much less than I would have paid at Verizon. Verizon had the same phone for $99.99 plus tax. And tax is actually based on the full retail value of the phone which would have come out to about $62."
