I'm writing to you to tell you how unsatisfied I am with your Customer Support, or should I say Non-Support. You got my initial order wrong. When I call to complain about it I was lied to and then told the item I was told initially wasn't available. I believe I was lied to and mislead so that I wouldn't return the phone. Shame on you. I will never recommend you. Quite the contrary, I will tell everyone I know about your shady business practices.

"The price was the best around ($130 less than T-Mobile) for a Galaxy S3, and in general the site was easy to use. Wirefly also threw in a bluetooth headset for free (haven't tried it yet, looks like a generic cheap headset, but hey it was free). Shipping was also speedy (basic shipping was free, but I chose to upgrade to second business day for 7.99, I ordered at noon on Thursday and received the phone Friday). Trying to understand T-Mobile's plans on the Wirefly site was not so easy, as they didn't show the full package on one screen (i.e. first order the core voice plan, then click as if you were ready to order before you got options to see the data/text/additional options). The worst part of the experience though was really on T-Mobile's end, they had no idea how to activate my phone (it had a new sim card, as it was a smaller sim than my previous phones). I was on for over a half an hour with T-Mobile trying to explain that I had purchased the phone from Wirefly, and who Wirefly was, and details of what I had done. Frustrating."

Shipping was a little slower than I anticipated. I ordered on a Tuesday morning, my phone didn't ship until Wednesday. I was scheduled to receive the order by 4:30pm Friday, but never got my package (according to FedEx, my package was still in Memphis, TN as of 4:16pm, not in Denver, where it should have been).
However, I love that they have great prices for phones, and I am sure I will love my phone when it finally makes it to my door."
"The ordering process was easy and quick. The only complaint is the description for the rate plan. The site need to emphasize or provide more details for the monthly fees. For some reason my plan only highlighted the voice and text portion. I had to hunt for the true total monthly cost.

"I just received the GALAXYNoteII from Wirefly. I have no complaint about the phone so far, but i do havea coulcouple of complaints about wirefly. It took six days for the phone to get to my house when they told me it wouldbe two to three. I called and after explaining thesituation to the csr j was hung up on with no call back; theyknew my number.... So i called back andafter another hour ofexplaining a manager explainedto me something about some badweather in new York. i told themi livein Chicago and i didn't know and didn't care for their logistical problems. He decided a $25 credit was appropriate. Please.... i would have preferred an email or a phone call so i couldcancel my order and walk downthe street at the tmobile store andpick my phoneup instantly. I neededthephone to fly out on business.! My secondcomplaint is that the sales agent convinced me to buy the bundle accessory pack for my phone and the carrying case is not for thephonei bought! Not even close! Shehadassuredme that theseitems were genuine Samsung accessories madespecifically for this phone i was buying.... So i guess she lied to me to get the sale! Wirefly? Never again!
