"Price points and selection of devices is excellent however ordering a new phone via the 1-800 number is very time consuming. I prefer to speak with someone when making purchases but Wirefly's process takes too long. "

UPDATE, After leaving the negative review I was contacted by stephen at wirefly. He was great and helped me resolve some issues so I improved my rating a bit.
HORRIBLE!.
Signed up for 2 lines. One of my new phones was defective. Sent it back, got a replacement. However they sent me a return authorization for both lines. I called and explained that i only wanted exchange one line...they said ignore it. Well now the second cannot be activated by verizon because wirefly marked it returned. Wasted 10 hours on phone trying to activate.
Had to send it back....Also you cannot DOWNGRADE your data plan with verizon for 181 days or you will be charged 400 by wirefly. They DO NOT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU FIRST SIGN UP. All they mention is that you must keep the line of service for 181 days....then in a subsequent email that notify you that you cannot upgrade you DATA plan, even though that data plan is applicable to all phones on your plan even those not purchased from wirefly.
Also fyi, my call were "disconnected" several times after the foreign customer service reps realized that there will be alot of work involved to rectify my issues.
Bottom line, save you time, spend a few bux more and just by it from verizon directly. The ten hours i spent on the phone with verzion + wirefly is just not worth the money saved.

"I saved over $100 from Wirefly than if I bought directly through Verizon but I earned every penny. First of all, the ordering process took 1 full hour on the phone with someone in India. Painful. When the phone arrived, the activation process was even more annoying. Instead of calling someone on the phone you open a chat window on a website. After some time, I was told to turn on the phone. After I turned on phone I asked which simm card should be installed. (they sent me 2, one in the phone and one loose. They told me to use the loose one, after I had already turned on the phone with the other one installed. Apparently, that is a big no-no and freezes the activation process. I was instructed to call Verizon support which I did and after 1/2 hour on the phone with them I was informed I need to go to my local Verizon Wireless store and get a new simm card. Argh! I spent 45 minutes waiting for technician there and after that I was all set. A side note, the people at Verizon I dealt with, both on the phone and in person, were much more friendly and helpful."
"So,... I ordered a phone and a 2 yr plan. Expected the phone in two days but never came. Couldn't track package because it said it was delivered and yet, I continued to wait. Finally, I called on the fifth day and was told to check my neighbors house for the phone. Huh! I refused to hang up until I was told that another one would be shipped again but next day air not two day air. It seemed like an eternity. Then I call to activate the the phone (give them the SIM card number) and was told I was good to go. That didn't happen. I thought I was stupid cause I couldn't get the phone to work. It took another 2 days before I went to an Authorized T-Mobile station to activate the darn thing.
One more thing. Wirefly should have an option of printing what you're signing up for after you pick your plan, make purchases etc. Not a good experience."

"Wirefly's service was great and easy to use. Their prices are unmatched for brand new phones that are not refurbished in any way, which means you still get the manufacturer's warranty. The only thing I didn't like is how pushy the salespeople are to sell you their insurance, accessories, and other services they provide. He asked me 4 times to buy insurance and almost signed me up for a free trial without asking me if I wanted it (which would have then cost $10 a month). Their price more than makes up for it though! Saved $260 on 2 phones by using them rather than Verizon."
