My only problem was that they told me that there was some issue with my order that required me to contact a customer service person. I did so via live chat, and the person then tried to sell me accessories and insurance. Seemed that they only told me I had to speak to someone so they could try to get more money out of me.

"I purchase new service from t-mobile on wirefly 9/08/2012. The offer was free credit activation at first I ordered 2 sidekick phones. That ordered was cancelled due to t-mobile not having the phones anymore. The sidekick phones came to $99.98. I received an email from wirefly stating that if I pick new phones the same day I would receive a free Bluetooth. I found the my touch q and ordered 3 phones which came to $0 because they were free. I received the phones 9/13/2012 with no free Bluetooth. I was told my order and shipping was free. But when I received my bank statement wirefly charged me for $99.98 without my consent they used my credit card in fraudulent purposes. I
Called several times and was placed on hold for 2 hours then I was hung up on 2 times. I asked to speak with a manager I was denied the 5 th time I called they finally told me I was charged for the third line and they are not returning the $99.98 . I told them that this doesn't make sense to charged me $99.98 when the phones were $0 for it and use my bank information from a previous purchase. That is fraud I have receipts from wirefly stating I was not charged for anything but I was. The manager told me that doesn't matter in wireflys system I was told I would be charge which is a false statement . Why would the add say get two free phones and the third for $99.98? I would never recommend wirefly to anyone!!!! I am reporting this matter. Problem was not solved."

"My overall experience with wirefly was very good. This was the first time I had used wirefly's services in purchasing a new smartphone. The integration with my carrier - Verizon Wireless - was seamless. I was looking for a new Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone, and wirefly had the best price on it with a 2 year contract. The data plans were easily explained and the options given for the phone I was looking for. The use of e-mails kept me informed as to the status of the shipped order, and clear instructions were given on how to activate the phone once it was received. "i received a phone that kept shutting itself off (i have only had it for 4 days)- obviously defective. i asked them to exchange it, but since it is my only phone line, i asked for at least 10-14 days to return it so I can set up the replacement first. they advised me that i have 7 days to return it or I will be charged again and, since the original one took 10 days to get here, i will have to be without a phone for at least a week. their replay was, "I understand your concern completely. However, I am sorry to say that we do not do advanced exchange for the phone only order. So, I'll not be able to help you in this regard."
