"On 9.2.12, I started the process of ordering a replacement phone at full cost ($230.00, plus shipping)due to the original being broken. I decided to cancel my order because I did not agree with the terms and conditions. I did not want to extend the contract for 2 yrs and not be eligible for my original upgrade date. I advised the sales rep during the call of my decision to cancel. I told him 3 times to cancel the order and send a courtesy email that the order was cancelled. He told me I needed to agree to terms and conditions, I didn't, and the phone was still shipped. How can you send me the product if I don't want to accept the terms? Now the order is on it's way, and I'm very upset at this bad customer service. I can't reach anyone in customer service, I'm just put on hold. I was put on hold for 45 minutes until I just hung up. Another call produced similar results. I sent an email that was supposed to be answered in 24 hrs, and it wasn't. I notified my credit card company on 9.2.12 that the charges are unauthorized. It appears the sales person just wanted credit for the sale and pushed it on through despite my request to cancel the order. I just want this issue resolved so I don't have to deal with this company again."
