knowledgeable. The price for the main item -- cell phone -- was exceptionally low. The shipping was fast too -- ordered Friday morning, received Tuesday evening! But, beware of the fine print. If you choose to replace, or even move the phone to another line on your account before a certain date, there will be big penalties...

Also, note that the customer service representatives are located in the Phillipines. It would be nice if WireFly could keep jobs here in America. "

"Was very impressed with the knowledge of sales rep. He answered my questions about costs (always a challenge with Verizon) simply and coherently. I also like the fact that all calls are recorded. I wasn't that crazy about the rep having to read the lengthy agreement, but I can understand they're protecting themselves. I got the phone Aug 28; on the 29th, I filled the battery & had no luck activating the phone. I called Wirefly & a woman said she talked to the magical activation people and everything was o.k She also tried a number of times to see me junk I didn't need or want.

She gave me new directions which I followed & still couldn't activate, so I called Wirefly again & told the person answering either activate the phone or tell me how to return it. This guy...while trying to upsell me...actually got the magical activation gods to do something right.

So the phone is activated--but it was more annoying than it had to be.
I'd probably use them again in the future."
