"BEWARE!!! Wirefly only covers the first 14 days for returns of defective phones. You are out of luck from day 15-30 until the cell provider will honor the warranty. Sitting here waiting for 2 weeks to have a working phone.
UPDATE: After posting review, Wirefly customer service contacted me to tell me they were sending a new phone. Received the replacement phone with overnight services. Replacement phone has been working great. Issue was addressed satisfactory and pleasantly."
"I am sorry but my experience was not good.I called to inquire about a phone HTC 4g incredible,,Saturday morning. I had not tried it at the store. I explained to the salesperson I thought I should try it before I order. She kept telling me that I should order and try it for 14 days . I asked if there would be any restock charge or any other fee if I changed my mind ,, either from wirefly or verizon. She told me none at all . I ordered the phone , and later on went to Verizon to try it. For various reasons I did not like it. That afternoon I called wirefly to cancel . I was told I had cancelled in time not to have it shipped and that I would get an email confirming this within 24 hours. On Monday I went to work , came home to look for the confirmation. The only thing I found was an email saying that the phone had been shipped and I would receive it the next day. So I called to re cancel or at least to confirm it had been cancelled . I waited on the line for 25 minutes to get through only to be connected to a representative that would say "hold on a second, then not say anything for 5-10 minutes ,,,, and when I would ask if he was still there he would again say hold on a second ,, this again 5-10 minutes,, same thing over and overand over,, I could hear him talking to other people at his work.. After 35 -40 minutes of this I hung up and called back . Same exact scenario with a different person,, almost like they are trained to do this. The sad part was I wanted to change the order to a Galaxy S-111, but could not speak to anyone other than to hear "hold on a second" over an over and over and over. Then I decided to call Verizon to see about my account and I explained what happened, They told me if I had activated the phone and then changed my mind and sent it back I would have been charged a restocking fee by Verizon when it would been returned . Apparently , if you buy from wirefly and return , the phone goes back to Verizon.. Anyway, a very big waste of time and my confidence level with Wirefly now is 0. When the phone was delivered, I was at home so I refused the package. Now I have to wait and see If I will be refunded. "

"I had been wanting to upgrade my phone for awhile but Tmoible did not offer any good deals at all. So I found wirefly while looking online at sites to upgrade from. I upgraded my blackberry curve 9300 to a samsung galaxy s 4g for absolutely nothing. I opted for the free shipping and the phone came in 3 days. You have to call and get your phone activated- this can get confusing considering you have a chinese lady who is difficult to understand trying to explain what to do along with trying to SELL you everything!!! Anyways, she told me since I got the Galaxy that it comes with a my tech support and that if I DONT WANT IT I have to call on the 13th day before the 14 day trial is up or they will charge my card! Really? I didn't want this service nor did I use it once! Now i'm dealing with TRYING to get ahold of the my tech help support people, however they too are foreign and just hang up on you. So until I can get through to an understandable representative I guess my card with continue to be charged the $9.99 for some service I'm not even using. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

WireFly president's line had contacted me hours after posting this review... I was unable to answer their call, so they left a voicemail. I had a hard time getting back back the person who left the voicemail so I gave up... While still trying to get in contact with my tech support... I was SO PLEASED to receive an email from WireFly stating they have resolved the issue and had all charges from my tech support dropped!!! This was the best customer service experience I've ever had."
