Wirefly tried to push their insurance which seemed like a great deal and the rep stated it covered everything even personal damage to device or theft etc. When you read the fine print, not so.... and now because I bought our 3 smart phones from them I cant insure them with Verizon.
Their hold times are completely horrendous! I held for 45 minutes to activate a phone because they want you to call them and not carrier, just to have them tell me their system was down and they couldnt activate phone!
