"I am new to wirfely so far the only complaint I have is I ordered Screen protector for my HTC LTE the order didnt go through at first so it was resubmitted twice unknowingly and wirefly has sent me three boxes of protectors that I dont need. Something should have flagged. This should not have happened but I have been assured that I will be credited once I return the two deliveries once they have been delivered.

"While we finally ended up with the phones and plan we wanted it took some doing, several phone calls and headaches. Ordered 3 phones with two numbers being ported and the third was to be given a number with a new area code and number. The ported ones were fine, but the primary phone was given a number with the wrong area code and when I called to correct it, they had the nerve to say there would be a $15.00 fee for changing numbers. Of course they got that waived, but considering the order wasn't processed correctly to begin with I can't believe they had the nerve to mention it to me in the first place. They weren't doing me any favors just correcting their own mistake. The reason I went through them instead of the carrier was lower price on the phone I wanted. Had I know I was going to work for every cent saved I might have reconsidered. They were friendly enough, just beware you might have to work at it before your order is the way you want.

P.S. be prepared to call several times on the same issue as they don't know how to operate their own phone system, constantly hanging up on you while you're holding for your answers. So you will have to go through the whole issue again, listen to sales pitches again and if lucky might actually get to complete the call.

6/21/12 - Corporate rep did call to apologize and discuss issues that occurred with my order. He mentioned that one of their reps. did mention a malfunction with their phone system. Towards the end of the call did mention if I might update this review since he called and when he asked if there was anything else he could do, I said sure I'll take a discount for all the hassle. Since no promo was available for the activation fee I agreed to 2 free car chargers. So those do help some. Thanks"
