"Worst experience. Will never purchase anything from wirefly . Mobile device protection is in boca ratan,florida and only available from 10am-430pm Mon-Fri and wirefly customer service was in manila in the Philippines. No wonder it took 20-30 minutes for someone to answer calls. Also company won't refund monthly cost of service plan."

"A new phone is always a great relief when you've been dealing with a poorly performing unit that's barely working beyond it's normal life. I remembered hearing Gary Dell'Abate endorsing Wirefly so I gave it a try. The process was INCREDIBLY easy. I was kept up on the delivery from the word "Go." When the package arrived exactly when they said it would, I couldn't have been happier. I got a simple, stripped down, Verizon Adamant. More than what I needed based on my daily use.
It's still a relatively "new" relationship with Wirefly. And I'm always skeptical in these situations. I may have missed a few procedural hoops to jump through with the carrier, so the jury's still out until the next billing cycle.
Wirefly still couldn't have made my upgrade easier. "

When I received my order I changed my mind about the phone and wanted to exchange it. Again I did all of my talking via a chat window, and I still was able to get everything done, and the agent was so helpful, there was nothing I needed to do. He helped me with every step of the exchange."
"I was happy with Wirefly UNTIL I received the order. The price was good, the ease of placing the order was good and the time it took to get the product was good. However, the customer service, after I received the phone was not so good. I noticed AFTER I received the phone that it said "Do not activate through Verizon. You must call our 800 # first." I did that, at 6:40pm PT. As I was sitting on hold reading over my paperwork, I noticed that the 800 number had listed their hours being between 9am-10pm ET. I got a little bit worried since it was only 20 minutes but assumed that since I had at least gotten my call in well before 10pm ET, it would still be taken. WRONG. At 10:02pm ET (and no I am not exaggerating because I checked the time) my call was answered. I was asked how she could help me and I said, "I need to get my phone activated". She said "I'm sorry ma'am, the agents who can help you with that are gone for the evening you need to call back during our regular hours." I said, "Um...I called almost a half hour ago and I have been sitting on hold for the last 20 minutes." VERY RUDELY she responded with "I understand that ma'am but THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO IF THERE'S NOBODY HERE". I said, "I know....I understand." And with that I hung up. I'm thinking that they have the practice to place people on hold if they want to leave early or whatever and then FINALLY take the call just minutes after "closing" and can easily put it off on the customer. After that I was going to package the phone up and return it but then I read the return policy and since it had been opened I was going to be charged a 25% fee. So my advice is that if you don't mind not being able to activate your NEW phone as soon as you get it, and don't mind being treated rudely by customer service, then go ahead and order from them."
"Wirefly's customer service representatives are by far the pushiest and most inconsiderate I have ever experienced. Never have I been coerced into purchasing so many products and when I politely declined, was asked an additional TWO times for each product offered.. car charger packet, insurance.. protection.. etc. While I do understand that these things are important, if the customer has made it clear that they are not interested and are actually purely interested in buying the phone why then would you respond with, "I know, but ma'am, your phone is VERY expensive, so you really need this. I will go ahead and add it to your account.." WHAT THE HECK? REALLY? after I just told you i'm not interested?!! TERRIBLE. She then kept trying to put two more other protection/techie help service on my account and told me I could just stop it when I wanted. A) I'm not interested & B) I don't want it..so therefore why would I have to go through the trouble of manually stopping something I never wanted in the first place??!! Ugh. So terrible! Haven't received my phone yet but I will follow up with another review when I do. In a nutshell, I probably won't be doing any future business with the company. Amazing prices on phones, but the experience on the phone isn't worth it. Just order online."
"I purchased a Motorola Droid Razr from wirefly in February of 2012, with the incentive of free activation through Verizon. I was told both by wirefly customer service, and in writing that I would see a credit by my third bill. I have just received my fifth bill, and still no credit, even after repeated phone calls to wirefly. I would strongly recommend to anyone that they do not purchase anything from wirefly."

I received a phone with a bad transmitter. I had it replaced under their plan, but they charged me an extra $400 until they received the old phone. However, after they received the old phone they refused to refund my extra $400. They admitted that the phone was received perfectly and with all parts, but because FedEx took a couple of days longer than usual that I am stuck with the old (BROKEN!) phone!!! This all happened within the first 3 weeks of ownership."
