My contract with Sprint was up and I was looking for a good deal on a decent cell phone, but alas Sprint only had deals for brand new customers, not existing customer's looking to extend their contract. Even though the phone I ordered (HTC EVO 4G LTE) was not delivered until 30 days later (no fault of Wirefly) they kept me informed of the delays in a timely manner. Because of the phones delay by the Manufacturer they upgraded my shipping from standard delivery to Next day delivery for FREE. Even though I could have waited a couple extra days to get the phone and preferred the free silicone case as other people that pre-ordered from Sprints site did, it was still good customer service for the thought."
