"This was my first order with Wirefly. A friend of my at work ordered his upgrade and a new line and had no trouble so i figured i would give it a shot. I ordered two phones on upgrade, for half the price, one of them being completely free. I received then both with no issues and our phones work perfectly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the phone were priced below the models that I had seen at Verizon on line and various stores. In fact Wirefly had the phone I wanted which was out of stock every where else. I received my order in 3 days as promised. "I was on the phone for over an hour to do this order for a phone. Only after I placed the order did the sales rep tell me that the item is not in stock but would be the next day. It did not come into stock for three more days. My plan should have been put into effect the day I ordered the phone but it took four days for that to happen. I will never order from this retailer again. Customer service was very poor and I feel they could have told me when I first inquired about the phone that it was not in stock. The rep I ordered from did not speak very good English and was not knowledgeable about what was going on. All he wanted to do was make the sale and that sale cost me my unlimited data plan because they were so late with getting my contract to my carrier. Update finally got a hold of a real customer rep that understood what is going on. I am activating my phone and will see how it goes this might turn into a positive experience after all I will keep my fingers crossed."

"So far, this has been a good match for our family. We are budget conscious and got two phones from Wirefly at no charge. These same phones would have cost us over $200 at the Verizon store. As far as I can see, our plan has remained the same with no incurrence of additional fees. We don't have a date plan, just basic phones with a little texting. I can recommend Wirefly."
