"While I am really happy with the phone that I selected, the experience of ordering it over the phone was not great. It took me forty minutes on the line with a Wirefly representative to do what could have taken only 5 minutes online. This was frustrating. The person I was speaking to repeatedly tried to sell me accessories that I kept saying I didn't want. He worded his pitch in a confusing way that made it seem like he was "giving me" them, though had I agreed, I would have been charged. I also got misinformation, with him telling me that the upgrade fee that I was questioning could be waived, when in the end this wasn't true. However, once I got through this process, the phone came quickly and was very easy to switch over to. I was also really pleased with the low prices."
