"I am satisfied with the phone and accessories I recieved but not with the service I recieved. When I called to order the phone, the sales lady kept trying to sell me a warranty plan, screen protector, screen cleaner and backup system. Even after I told her all I wanted was the phone, she kept mentioning the warranty plan. Its like she was trying to guilt me into buying the warranty....i felt very uncomfortable and was trying very hard not to get angry. Also, I did not receive an email with my tracking or shipping information. I would love to order from wirefly again if the salesmen could stop trying to sell items to an individual who has clearly said "No, all I want is the phone!" "

"This was a better deal than going directly through Sprint, to get this phone free at Sprint I would have to add a new line. The sales rep on the phone was really good. I did find it a bit confusing that the top of their website says free activation but doesn't make it clear that's only for a new line, not an upgrade. I have used Wirefly twice now, it's worth buying through them. One last detail, the phone comes pre-activated, which is a big thing to me. To activate the phone I would have to drive 150 miles to a native Sprint area. By pre-activating the phone I can get started out here on a roaming network in the Eastern Sierra."

"I purchased 4 Verizon smartphones and one basic phone from Wirefly during the free activation promotion in February. They said that the credit for the activations ($35 for each smartphone) was going to show up on my account before I received my 3rd bill however I received my 3rd bill almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't received any activation credits. I have called customer service and now they said I should receive the credit before I get the fourth bill.
Dear Stefan, I don't think there's anything to explain and in any case the "confusion" was created by Wirefly because I received written information together with my phones sent by Wirefly that clearly states that if I have not received the activation credits after I received my 3rd (third, not fourth) bill I should contact Wirefly. I can send you a scan of the letter if you want."

"Fed up with T-mobile after 7 years, I decided to see if I could get service with a different carrier. I had tried a few years ago and was told I would need to pay a $300 deposit. I came across Wirefly through a Google shopping search for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I'm a little skeptical because reviews are pretty mixed, but if all follows through, I got a really sweet deal from these guys. I actually did qualify for a plan through Verizon, no problems. Also got a Galaxy Nexus for $50!!! Which is insane! Part of the reason I'm skeptical - seems too good to be true. Anyway, the phone should arrive on Thursday and we'll see how it goes. My only thing is I can't remember if Wirefly asked about getting insurance through Verizon for the phone. I hope I can add it, as my last straw with T-mobile was them offering me an HTC Wildfire as a replacement for my NEW Galaxy S 2, which has a hardware defect. Screw T-mobile. Crossing my fingers for Wirefly and Verizon."
"I did not have a positive experience with Wirefly. After placing my order via phone, I recv'd an email telling my phone order was being processed with an equivalent phone and equivalent plan, but my wife's phone was refused and might require a deposit. I checked the website and it indicated my phone selection was backordered, but fine and my wife's phone required extra steps. When I chatted with a rep, they told me my phone was backordered and my wife's order was fine.
They sent a totally misleading email for no reason and their website indicated a completely different issue.
When I tried to activate the phones I was told the activation techs were unavailable (not that they went home for the day) and my phones would be activated by noon the next day. By 4 pm neither new phone was activated. I called my carrier directly and activated both phones within 15 minutes.
Yes, Wirefly had the best price, but beyond that, the experience has been very, very poor."

"Wirefly had the best deal at the time of searching and purchasing the Sprint Samsung Galaxy Nexus; but after I purchased it, I found the same price, no shipping and activation fee waived. I wish Wirefly could have met the same offer. Also, they did not have the phone in stock and I have had to wait 10 days to receive the phone. The email communication has been excellent however. I would possibly shop here again and have recommended it to others but I will probably do my accessory shopping at a different online store because it is definitely less expensive. The phone was sooo much cheaper than in stores, but the phone I recieved was broken and majorly glitchy and wouldnt activate had to take it into a store and have them do it. Also took forever to actually get to me!!! Was very stressful and then to recieve a used (or at least what I suspect to be used) device. Need to send it back but no one will send me a shipping label and I have to call tomorrow and wait another hour on the phone to talk to someone and explain AGAIN that I still do not have a return label. Swear if they try to charge me for this POS I will sue. Just go to a store and spend the money on something that will actually work."
