"I ordered perfume off of here on sep 1st, they sent me an email and said that they would send me a tracking number after it's been processed. I thought the processing would take 1, maybe 2 days, but it's now sep 11th, and the order is still showing up as processing, which is really weird."

"I called your customer service and discussed my issue with the advertised rotating bezel. He said after checking in to, found out the bezel doesn't rotate, it was just cosmetic. He said he would get ad changed to not include rotating bezel.i asked him about some kind of compensation and he told me I could send watch back and get a different model witch will cost more.
