Happy I received the follow up call (though the gentleman I spoke with was a bit abrasive, cutting me off several times as I was attempting to make a decision re: the order... said something about "attempting to barter" which I wasn't, simply trying to determine if I wanted to pay the extra or cancel the order) alerting me to these additional charges but a bit irritated that the process of online ordering SHOULD have alerted me to the additional charges to begin with. So... 3 stars. "
