"If I could've given this overall experience no stars I would've. Without going into insane detail, basically my order was late, I was overcharged (both an expedited production fee, when my bands were blank, and an expedited shipping fee). I was fine with both extras fees initially, as I just wanted the bands as fast as possible. Not only were they over 8 days later, their customer serv and online chat were deplorable. I was refunded a mere $4 for my inconvenience, which after all the hassle, lateness and unwillingness to admit to any accountability, was honestly not even worth it. The bands themselves seem fine, but I will never use this company again nor recommend others to do so. "
