"I ordered a customized sign, had a few changes that needed to be approved. The sign never came, but the charge sure did. I have been disputing the charge since March, it's now May. They sent me a FedEx tracking number. But the thing is, the proof was approved by me the day after the so-called shipment was made. Which is impossible. When I sent them copies of the emails to prove my claim, they informed me to take it up with my local FedEx office. The problem is not FedEx, it's Wrist-Band.com. Will never order from them again. And would warn others to find a more reputable company."

"The 60 nylon printed lanyards started fraying the first day with light use. The single stitching came undone within several weeks of use. When I called they said you only get a refund if it is within 7 days of delivery. Seven days is not standing behind your product! 100% guarantee of satisfaction is false advertising! Buyer beware!

I was notified when the order was processed, when the bracelets were completed & shipped. My order was scheduled to arrive on the 26th of the month. (Thanks in part to Fed-Ex!) ... The bracelets are the exact color I expected them to be and they are top quality! I will definitely be ordering with this company again! "HORRIBLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If negative stars was an option, I'd give them negative stars.

Our "sample" online included an inside message, which for some reason, did not transfer over to the actual ordering/payment page, so the bands we received did not include the inside message. We asked for either a refund of the difference paid ($22.69) or a new, correct, order. I was told that no refund would be offered, but we could order 110 more wristbands with inside and outside writing, for "only $110 more.". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!???

SUCH a rip off. When you call the toll-free OR "local" number, you're directed outside of the country to a sales desk. All "complaints" are supposed to go through email. You can't tell me that you don't have any REAL PEOPLE handline customer service! "
