"Ordered 3 items on Dec the 1st. That it said where in stock. And ship in 24 hour's. Paid 100 buck's for these items mind you. Today is the 8th. A week later. And it still say's that its processed. I have emailed them about it. Went to there live support area. And no answer there. And i did get ahold of one person who said he don't have a clue. But it's busy around Jan. Too bad it's December. So no answer's to email's. No answer in the live help IRC chat room. I even made an account on there support help desk. It never emailed me the validation link email. I set up 3 accounts at different email address's even to try and get an account so i could check the status of the ticket i created through email. No response in any way how or fashion. So im very upset. Two of these items where for some one's birthday. I have ordered from this site before. Only had a mild delay on shipping. But now this. So after seeing this i don't think any one should order from here. Because im now out 100 dollar's. And will prolly never see it again. Unless i go through the process of going to my bank and filling out a forum to get my money back. So to put it blank. They need to get more on there being able to have people contact them. It's so easy to place to order on there site. But contacting them. Well.. That's another story.

Follow Up:

Well i had the last straw with them. And called my bank. And they put a block on them and refunded my money. It seams there are alot of people loseing money to them. And i mean alot! They lady told me they are gonna end up prolly blocking that site from card's period with the Visa Check thing. So at least i got my money back. It's sad to have to do that. But i feel sorry for every one who didnt get there money back. If you are thinking of buying from them. You better stay away. I dont feel bad for saying that. Im a pretty understandable person. But when it comes to them handleing people like this. I still say they do have good price's. But whats a good price mean when you dont get your item at all? So thats how i feel about that. Thanks for takeing your time out to read this. And i hope it helped some people out there!

P.S. If you call you bank and let them know whats going on and explane to you that you placed the order and never heard anything. And your money came out right away. And dont answer to your email's. They will check into it. And give your money back right away!. got all 100 bucks back!. Laters =)

"My name is robert and i purchased a PS2 DMS4 PRO PREMODDED for $273 usd on the Date: 11-03-2005 09:34:48 within a few hours the money was taken from my credit card and the next day they emailed me asking for an extra $40 usd for extra freight so all up they have taken USD $328.73 out of my credit card.

That was 35 days ago the machine is suposed to be shipped to me in australia and i have not got my machine yet,
i tryed to contact them through there contact system on there site over 15 days ago asking if my machine has been shipped yet and they still havnt replyed to my email ive sent them numerous emails since then and they havnt replyed to one of them i even emailed them from the email they used to send me asking for an extra $40 for extra freight and they wont reply to that either.

I feel like ive been ripped of,it took me months to save that money to buy a premod ps2 and it seems once they get your money they dont want to know about you,i am unsure where i can go from here ive emailed them that many times they never reply,i am now trying to see if i can get the money back somehow.

Just giving an up i finally got an email from Jimmy and he has refunded all my money $328 usd back into my visacard due to a lack of installers he said, took about 5 days to go back in but it finally turned up,i hope to never go through that again,took nearly 2 months to get to this point and next time i will really look hard into a online site before making a purchase first thing i will come here and check the webshop ratings opinions and make sure the shop doesnt have a bad name,its a pitty this WebShop Ratings/Opinions section isnt a bit more know around the net because i wish i had of came across it before i made that order but im glad i found this thread,anyway im glad Jimmy desided to come good in the end and do the right thing so i spose hes not a total crook like i thought just very very slack seen how it took 2 nearly 2 month to get a reply from my emails but all good now,thanks HSDEMONZ for all your help your a top bloke.

"Hello, I made an order yesterday at 12:00 in the afternoon for a Xenium SP.ICE solderless chip. According to there site it is "In stock now". Well, I paid for FedEx overnight shipping, and I have yet to receive any emails from them. Do they not work on Friday's and on weekends? From reading the reviews around here I am very nervous about this store now. From what I have tried though, their customer service is really, really awkward, and very confusing. Why? Do they expect middle age houswives to know how to set up IRC?

Anywho, I did start up a ticket with their shipping questions at there "help desk" where you have to make another account. I have yet to get an email.

If I don't recieve any help from them by Tuesday afternoon, then I'm going to cancel my order immediatly, and file a complaint.

Now, if I get an email or even my chip by then (since I paid nearly $20 for overnight shipping) then I'll come back here and leave ++++ ratings.

"i have orderd a mod chip off this website and have not recived anything i got canada post priority mail and it should off been here id think in a couple of days and i never got the darn thing and it is very hard to contact this company i only hope that i can get my money back or the mod chip! It is now december 2nd and i stil get the same emails saying we will ship your tracking number and i never got a thing now i am very angry!!!!!"

"this company has to be the worst company ever. i order a modded ps 2 on holloween and the website states all orders are sent with in 5 days. well it been over 21 days and my order is still not sent. they are the hardest people to get in contact with. i tried e-mail 4 times and did not hear anything back. DO not order from them. i will go on everywebsite and try to warn everyone. i read others people's stories with them and found out that some got what they order on time while others waited a very, very, long time.

update: i finally got a response back to my many e-mails that i sent. they copy and paste the same response for each of my e-mails. they said they would give me a tracking # ASAP. well i'm still waiting.hopefully i will get my system soon.it's been a month and it has not been sent.i would feel alot better if they offered me a deal for being so LATE with my order.maybe a free controller or something.well i guess i will have to sit and wait to see when i'm gonna recieve what i order.

"Worst service ever...

It's been a month now, and the only response I got that was helpful in any way was a week ago, and they said it would ship that day. I still have nothing, and I can't get a response from them now.

Stay away from these guys, they may not be a scam, they might just be the worst company ever, either way STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Anwyways, I ordered next day shipping. Item was in stock.
Received email order acknowledgement and that is the last we heard from them.
logged account for 'live' customer service only to submit by email that the order be canceled as a WEEK later NO feedback. Then as I was going to place order with a competitor (with better base AND ship price)...receive tracking number of shipment?!
Expeditited shipment includes trumped up charge which did not ship to a week later, BS. Sure it shipped next day when the shipped it a week later on an instock item. No order status, no service.....Customer service non existant. Never return again.

"This is my second purchase. My first purchase, a Xenium S.P.Ice went very well. The second purchase was for a Xenium premod. The website states that premods take 2 to 5 business days to build and test. After 5 business days, my order was still flagged as queued and not complete. I opened a support ticket to cancel the order because it hadn't shipped. I was then told that premods take 2 to 7 business days to build and test. September 28th will be the 8th business day and my order is still flagged as queued. I have no idea if my order has been processed or is on hold. I am sure this will be resolved satisfactorily, because they took great care of me for my first order. My only gripe is that the shipping time on premods are not consistent across the website. I would recommend that you ask before you place your order how long it will really take.

Update: Just got a phone call(!) about my order. The person I dealt with sounded very nervous, apologized and let me know Fed Ex tracking information was on the way. Hopefully I won't have any issues with the system when it arrives.

Final Update:I received my premod FedEx and it works perfectly. I had no issues setting it up all I had to do was power it up and go. Would I do business again with them? I will. Would I recommend them to others? Unfortunately, no. There are gaping holes in communication regarding order status at least as far as premods go. Shipping took longer than expected, which wasn't a problem for me like the lack of communication was. The status of my order is still queued even though I have had my premod at home for 48 hours.

This company is not a scam, they're just not very well organized. If you're patient and not in a hurry to get your premod, give them a try.

"This is a terrible company to shop with. I made an order on the 5th Sept 2005 for a solderless mod-chip. After quickly processing my order, they charged my card. However when I checked my order status it remained "processing". So I tried to contact their customer service after about a week after the card was charged to find out if they have shipped my order. After an eternity and many attempts to get an answer, I received an email to tell me that the order will be shipped. It's now the 27th Sept 2005 and I have yet to receive my order. I've tried to contact their customer service but no response. I'll be disputing the charge on my card and will now make it my personal business that as many people as possible know never to shop with this company again. They are highly unprofessional and unreliable. Those who are satisfied with this company are the lucky ones. "

"Okay let you tell you the disaster I had with this company, first I ordered a ps2 mod install on july 25th, and it doesn't get back to me until about 2 weeks later which was sometime mid august or so, which isn't long mind you but the website says we mod and install within 2-3 days, 2 weeks and 2-3 days a long time apart if im correct. Second when I asked about my order through customer I was very rarely helped.

Third when I finally did get my ps2 mod install back, guess what my ps2 didn't even work at all it, even refused to read any type of media rather it be a ps1, 2 music cd movie or anything the system was broken. So I had to send it back to xobxmodchips the following day for repair and guess what they took yet another 2 weeks to return it to me again. Granted the second time it worked but still as a business I never sjould have had to wait so long for my order, my ps2 should have been in working condition when it arrived the first time, customer support basically ignores user pleas for help 90% of the time and last but not least as I stated before even when i returned my ps2 for repair the 2nd time they took there sweet time to fix it back up..........

All in all, I can't recommend this site to any kind of buyers at all stay away, stay far away.
