"Ordered a new xbox case and controller case on 14th August, 2005. Paid express delivery charges, and was charged immediately on my credit card. Now two weeks later I still have not seen the items. Furthermore emails to sales department and help desk have went unanswered for a number of days but were eventually answered.

XBMC was right about the case mod but not about controller and site is misleading as it seems to say case mod can be shipped to Australia for same price. At this point happy to have items shipped Ecconomy mail so long as they get here.
Point B - Many Emails
This may indicate some interesting problems with the current communication system as offered by this company as my email is checked daily and some how my order info came through no problem to the designated email address.
Point C
After some exchange of emails there has been a basically happy resolution of the issue. I feel that the issue could have been resolved a lot swifter had there been other means of contacting the company such as by phone.
Final Point
I did recieve my goods and at a slightly more expensive price I was able to get significantly better components. I was pleased with the product provided and once communication was established I was pleased by the tone and response of the sales staff. However I feel that my dealings with the company were slightly marred by communications issues. Where I to order from them again I would engage in email converstation with the sales team and make certain I fully understood their ordering system and their processes for dealing with customers before placing another order.

"I have only ordered a few chips from this company. Whenever I have questions, they eventually get answered. When I use the perldesk, I am told it's better to email. When I email, I'm told it's better to use perldesk. Shipping has typically taken way too long. The last order I actually forgot I even ordered a chip from them that's how long went by before actual delivery. Their prices however are among the lowest. I have never had any problems with any of the product, thank god as I could imagine the turn around time in getting it handled. My advice is, if you are looking for low prices on chips they are definitely there. The shipping prices are a little steep though, but they are in Candada and I'm in the US. If you are looking for quicker shipping and/or are in the states I would think twice maybe. Once I needed a chip in a hurry and ordered overnight. It still took me about four days to get it. In their defense though, I did not see anywhere that stated same day shipping so I am unsure if they ship in 24 hours or not. I just know that I probably will not order from this company again."
"I placed order(#13420) on May 18, 2005. And I received it on June 29. The helpdesk is quite helpful that eventually, they push to make delivery. Although not quite happy about the delay, but I got what I want and it works, this is more important.

"My situation with this seller was overall a great one. Here is the story:
I originally ordered a v1.0 Firmware PSP as listed on their site. All went well with the order , emails, and shipment(they even upgraded me to overnight Fedex for FREE!), until the next day. I was informed by email that they didn't realize that their latest batch of PSP units were v1.5 and not 1.0. They offered to refund me in full if I didn;t accept the package, or refund me $40 of the bill and give me a free game if I did.
Now, of course I was kind of upset with the fact that I didn't get what I had ordered, but they were very insistant to make good with me on it all. I decided to go with the second option, keep the unit and get the $40 refund and game.
The unit came in PERFECT. No dead pixels, brand new and mint. They shipped the game (Fedex Overnight again!) and I received a brand new sealed "Wipeout Pure" the next day. And I just received the $40 refund to my card.
I realize accidents happen, and I'll be damned if any other company would go to this extreme to make a customer happy. I could have just ended up with a refund and that would have been the end of it. But as it turns out, I got a $250 PSP Value Pack for around $220 after the game and refund.
This company is very trustworthy, quick with the emails, and all around great people. All I notice with the negative reviews here is that they are mostly complaining about shipping. This was the FASTEST shipping I had ever dealt with. From Canada to New Jersey in a day. I ordered the unit on a Sunday night at 2:30 in the morning. They already had it ready for Fedex pickup at 4am. That is just incredible.
Highly recommended. I have no problem with ordering again, and if they have something I need iin the future, they will be my first stop!"
