"Overall, a decent interaction. I had the intention of trading in my Razer Blade 14 which I’ve had for a year now for a desktop. The directions sent by email wasn’t concise enough to know what to do without replying to the agent, but the good thing is they were relatively quick to reply, responding back within the day.

Ordering the new machine itself wasn’t difficult at all. They had plenty of good product and good deals, when compared to other dealers, and flexible ways to pay (Shop, Affirm, PayPal, etc.)

"As title says, I was very skeptical when I started checking out XOTIC PC. But after doing some serious homework on company (not jsut good but the bad as well). XOTIC PC seemed like a good deal for a deaktop for my wife (Her MB fried on old dell). So far I've had no problems, My PC is in the que and awaiting full processing.
