After contacting support they walked me through my issue found that it was the ram. without any hesitation just had me send them the bad Ram and sent me the replacements .. Super easy and friendly . "Customer Service was very helpful. They gave me better options when my order was delayed due to issues with the manufacturer. Things went smoothly after they got involved. They answer the phone with no wait times and stay on the call until the issues are resolved. This kind of service is very rare these days. Many online order businesses mostly deflect customer issues to FAQs or chat bots, pass you around to various people, don’t respond to emails and calls, and are staffed with people who are not trained or have little or no knowledge of the products. One is not going to get this genuine and effective customer care at Amazon, Best Buy or Egghead. "

"Overall, a decent interaction. I had the intention of trading in my Razer Blade 14 which I’ve had for a year now for a desktop. The spec information requested for the trade is a little too precise for a layman such as myself (I don’t know what motherboard is in there, haha), but after taking a little longer than anticipated, I was able to submit the request.

The directions sent by email wasn’t concise enough to know what to do without replying to the agent, but the good thing is they were relatively quick to reply, responding back within the day.

Ordering the new machine itself wasn’t difficult at all. They had plenty of good product and good deals, when compared to other dealers, and flexible ways to pay (Shop, Affirm, PayPal, etc.)
