"I was impressed by the email communication, particular when my item was back-ordered. When it did arrive, it was perfect. I like how the site provides both the size and measurements of the clothing- sometimes I wear a large and other times a medium. The garment measurements help me decide. "

Worst aftersales service ever!!

"After waiting almost a month for my clothes, they arrived terrible quality and poorly fitting so I wanted to keep one out of 6 items.

I followed the procedure to return and 6 emails later the company have not replied or provided me a shipping addresss or return label they told me I needed to return my items. So far I am £100 down with 6 terrible items I will never wear.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, TOTAL SCAM!!

Unexpectedly - Really great quality!

"I was expecting average quality due tot he price & coming from China.
However, I was pleasantly surprised!
Shipping took ages, due to my items being on back order, but they communicated that, so I can't fault them on that.
I will definitely be purchasing again!

stay away!

" Stay AWAY from this company!!

items received have a horrible fit, as if put together by a 5 year old. No way to return the items. Customer service claims they need all sorts of information (pictures, all sorts of measurements etc.) before they accept a return that also refunds the shipping costs to Hong Kong. Clearly this is done to encourage the customer to give up on returning the items. Very unwise, and commercial suicide for this company, as you can read in all te reviews here.

Stay away from this terrible company!!

And for Yoins if you read this: no need for yet another useless reply.

Poor Quality and Worse Shipping

"I am completely disappointed with the quality and extremely slow shipping. Not only did it take almost a month for my order to arrive but the sizes were all wrong. From a Small to an XLarge! I wear a Medium! One of the sweaters I received was of a flimsy nylon polyester material. The picture and description said knitted sweater! I will NEVER buy from this company again. I am not returning the items because it will probably take them months to refund me! I guess my loss is GoodWill's gain!"

Super slow shipping!

"I ordered items over a month ago and paid for expedited shipping in order to have the items before an upcoming trip. I received notification (finally) today that my items will be delivered while I am away on my trip and thus these items will not be here in time. I can only imagine what it would have taken had I not expedited!
Online chat feature did not work. No one answers the phone (and machine is in Chinese). 72 hours to respond to email (not 24).
Order tracking is useless until items are picked up by USPS, and for once they are not the ones holding up the process. For some reason, it takes weeks for the items to leave the warehouse. I could have had them MADE in less time!
After over a month, I still don't know about the quality of the items but I do know that I can't use them for the reason that I purchased. Super disappointed.
Shop for summer items now so that you might get them before then.

DISAPOINTED! Waiting any satisfaction and my order.

"I ordered over three months ago was suppose to get expedited shipping and nothing as of yet. The tracking number they provided for my order does not match to any shipping compaany and i can not get any information on where my package is! When i try to get customer service i can not get ahold of anyone and i am not getting any responses back as well. All i need is to find out where these packages are and when they will arrive, I'm so disapointed. Tis is not fair with te customer. Waiting any satisfaction and my order.
