"I had ordered a dress online and they sent me the wrong dress. I emailed customer service telling them about the wrong dress they sent me and I wanted them to send me the dress I ordered. The person I was dealing with in customer service was terrible as they refused to send me the dress I ordered and just wanted me to keep the dress I received and give me my money back. "I have had one of the worst experiences shopping on Yoins. Although they ship fast, the quality was AWFUL for the three dresses I purchased. Like, fall apart within a day bad. To top it off, they make returns INCREDIBLY difficult. Just by looking at the other reviews on here, I can tell I'm not the only one that's struggled with the returning of items on Yoins, which says to me it's crappy service and their process is purposefully difficult. I've been sending emails trying to contact them, and will get repeat emails about my order, nothing to do with my questions or how to return the items. Not worth the time I've now wasted. Stay away from this site. "

"One of the items was not sent to me at all which I have still not been refunded for and the items that were sent arrived in such a terrible condition and were of such poor quality that they could not be worn. Before I ordered I spoke to a customer representative who assured me that if I did not want these products I could return them without trouble at any time, this has not been the case I have been sent poor quality creased and unwarable items that I do not want I am happy to send these items back if I am sent a paid returns label, I should not be out of pocket for this as they did not send what they had advertised, I order from companies all the time and have never received such poor quality items that have arrived in the state these did or been treated in such an unprofessional way when wanting to return them."
