Quality of the clothes is terrible. Nothing like the photos. Takes ages to arrive as well.....months. One of the items wasn't in stock at the time of order so I cancelled the item. 3 months later it just turns up randomly the same day I received a shipping notification email. It's a battle to try to get customer service to understand. Basically they are saying I'm making it up because they can't find any cancellation emails, I did it via an online portal that their email took me to. They said I can get a refund if I return it but it's frustrating to not only have money taken without authorization but that I have to be out of pocket to return it.
Customer service takes dayyyyyssss to respond and pretty much say the same thing everytime.
Warning again...do not buy anything from this company!!!"
"I ordered over two weeks ago was suppose to get expedited shipping and nothing as of yet. The tracking number they provided for my order does not match to any shipping compaany and i can not get any information on where my package is! When i try to get customer service i can not get ahold of anyone and i am not getting any responses back as well. "The tops are all huge. I ordered a size 8 and they sent me a small. I swim in them so sizing is way off. I will have to pay for alterations. Lesson learnt. I won’t be ordering again. These items came after 2 months. I am still waiting for the remaining items! "

"Don't bother looking at their size measurements to order clothing because clothes are not made to those sizes. Don't bother looking at the patterns or colors you see, because you'll receive the clothing in something similar, maybe a little busier pattern or maybe less busy. Don't expect the look to be identical or style of the clothing to be received because they can't duplicate what they display on their website. Oh, and despite all of these screwups being their fault and your distaste, you have to return the items at your expense!??? I think not!!!!
I ordered 4 items from Yoins and FINALLY received the approval that Yoins would refund all 4 items. However, their defective sewing and measurements should not cost me return shipping costs from US to China when China ships for free AND THIS IS THEIR FAULT. I am extremely dissatistified that I am needing to waste this much time with Yoins. It seems very purposeful on their part! I will not give up until I get all of my money back because they knew what they were doing!

As you can see by their response below, they don't read very well because my last paragraph ALREADY SAID I was offered a refund. Obviously, communication is another issue with them. I have decided to report them to my credit card company instead of continuing to go in this circular communication with them. I'm tired of it! But, guess what they responded with lastnight...another offer for each of the items of a refund...yes, I want the refund, but also shipping label to return the items to them UNLESS they will just refund me my money without that expectation to save on their cost. ARGHHHHH - Save yourself the aggravation - stay away! I already saved the girl at my bank as she was just looking to purchase items until I spoke with her about my experience.
