"I have placed an order for Peanut butter machine, Your store Online said will mail it between 2 to 8 days and It NEVER showed up til now. I have called and no professional will answer. The phone auto recording asks me to press the proper option to speak to the proper personal but it does not respond.

If the order is for some reason not available then at least they should return the amount paid back and I even paid for shipping.

I believe this service should be investigated. We Must put an end to this scam right away. It is very important that all of the people who has not gotten their products and need their money back should get it right away.

"I am a frequent online shopper.I have never logged a complaint about any service, ever. This was the worst shopping experience ever. I placed my order and checked back a week later as I had not received any tracking info. I saw the items were back ordered which it did not say when I ordered nor was I made aware of after the order was placed. I sent an email inquiring as to an expected ship date as I needed the items for a vacation. After 5 days and no response I sent another email asking that the order be cancelled. Three days later I received and email that simply said, "Sorry the item is now off backorder and will ship this week." So dispite my request for cancellation I decided to wait it out. So here we are another week later the items still show back ordered and have not shipped. I will never shop here again and will do my best to let others know this is a place to avoid!!"

"This company is a problem. It took about a month to get my keyboards. I called a week ago to find out where my merchandise was. A guy in the company, named Scott lied and said it was shipped and I would have it that day. It was never shipped. Boy I hate to be lied to. They didn't answer my emails. "I have a lemon tree, and it has always been difficult to pick the lemons that grow in the middle of the tree. I got one of those fruit-pickers, a kind of basket device on the end of a stick, but the basket was too big to get through the thick branches inside the tree. I got the Grabber to see whether it would work better.

I found that the Grabber is the perfect tool for this job! The device is narrow enough to fit through thick branches or to reach the higher branches without necessarily having to stand on a stool or ladder. The squeeze is gentle enough to secure the fruit, but not damage it. I would think that it would be gentle enough even for peaches. Within five minutes I had two dozen lemons that I could not get to before.

The Grabber is simple to operate. It consists of a squeeze handle that needs little force to draw the suction-cup ends together.
