I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with YourStore. I purchased the tablet through an offer they were running and didn’t know what to expect. I read all the reviews and decided to go ahead and purchase.
I've had my Tablet for a couple of weeks now. I read all the reviews and discovered that people either loved it or hated it. Personally, I LOVE it. I already had an Android based phone, so the transition to the tablet was pretty easy for me. I think that a lot of the negative reviews are from 'converts' (Apple users switching to Android).
I think that it is important to note that the Android OS has a bit of a different user experience than the iPad. The iPad presents page after page of apps that you scroll through and open. The Android has more of a 'desktop' type interface that you can customize to your heart’s content move stuff where you want it, change your wallpaper, and then these cool little things called 'widgets'. Widgets make the tablet form factor actually USEFUL. I can add tweetdeck, weather, calendar and email widgets to one of the pages of the tablet and they update in real-time. I know the iPad has animated icons, that show how many new emails you have and even what the current temperature is, but Android takes that further - I can actually SEE the last few emails I have received, I can see the current temperature, as well as sunny/cloudy/stormy - for the next 5 days - the last 5 updates from my Facebook and Twitter feeds, CNBC Markets in real-time and my upcoming tasks on my calendar. AND, I can do all of this without even opening an app. That's the power of Android and Widgets.
Now, if you are 'converting' from Apple (iPhone, iPod, or iPad), I would say to be prepared to sit down for a while and learn this OS. It is SO much more powerful than what Apple lets you do with their OS.
The single biggest complaint about Android tablets in general - is the lack of apps for the platform. My experience thus far? I have absolutely everything I personally want on my tablet already. I use it for watching movies as well - so is a deal-maker for me. The support of Flash is much more important to me than is NetFlix (which will have an updated app out soon, I understand). That's the other thing - I have been going to the Android market every couple of days and there are ALWAYS new apps that are being released that support Android. Angry Birds is already supported (and downloaded), so who really needs much more than that? ((grin))
I purchased the Wi-Fi version of the tablet as I use it mostly at home and at work where I have wi-fi readily available. I also have a hot spot feature on my phone that I can enable when I'm out of range of free wi-fi - that allows me to get updates on my Tablet anywhere there is a 3G/4G connection for my phone.
Overall, if you like to (or would like to) have control over your tablet and customize it for the way you work or play, Android is the way to go. The tablet is a fantastic example, as it is well-built, has a great camera on the back and front for conferencing, and has a TON of fun stuff to download and install already (I have only paid for 3 apps so far - many, many free apps available for the tablet) with more being introduced virtually everyday, then you should at the very least consider this tablet. You won't be disappointed.
I highly recommend the YourPad P4 – New Android 4.0 for purchase consideration. In addition, I recommend yourstoreonline. I am interested to see what other offers come my way from them.

"I would like to commend Your Store Online for your quick and prompt reply and action. I had purchased an item for a gift. When the recipient tried the product it did not work or perform as promised and they were very disappointed. I contacted Your Store Online explaining the previous, and they were quick to respond and agree to accepting the return and giving me a refund. What makes this unusual, is that I was out of town when the product was received at my office and did not return for a few weeks. This caused a delay in giving the gift and then for them to use. I was a few days out of the 30 day return policy when I contacted them and explained the situation. They agreed to accept the return and refund the charge."

"This is the most unprofessional and ill-equipt company I have ever done business with! I ordered an android tablet using a voucher from eversave, which was advertised as a father's day gift. I placed my order on May 30th and was told later that it would not arrive until the first week of July. The second week of July I had no tablet, so I called and was told that it would ship the next week. Then called 2 weeks later and was told that it would be another week. This has been the same story over and over again. Now it appears that, over 2 months later, my product is FINALLY in the processing stage, but of course it's now on back order... did they not know that they had all of these orders from eversave deals coming due so they would need to have product ready to be shipped?!?!? Every time I have called their customer service, which has ridiculous hours, they have been rude and incredibly unhelpful. I feel like this company is run by a bunch of teenagers out of a garage. Extremely unsatisfied and will NEVER shop with them again. At this point I'll be lucky to have my order by Christmas!"
"NEVER EVER do business with these people!! I spent over $100 with them TWO months ago and still haven't received my order. I contacted them a week ago and was told my item was shipped that day. NOPE! Still haven't seen it! BAD BUSINESS!!!!"
"I ordered a YourPadP4 from YourStoreOnline via an Eversave deal on May 30. Everything sounded great - the price was just right and the specs were just what I was looking for! The voucher stated 6 weeks for shipping. The item remained on backorder throughout the 6 weeks, and into the 7th week. I called the company, and was assured it would ship on July 13, or 16. Both days came and went. I then received an email stating the item would ship the week of the 23rd. I called on the 27th, and was again assured that it was being prepared for shipping, and I would receive a tracking number on the 30th. No such luck! Today I check the my account, and the item is backordered once again. I called the company and was told it would ship August 10th. I can no longer wait for this item, and do not want to hold to another promised shipment date. If the deal is too good to be true, it probably is."

"I do a lot of online shopping.I have never logged a complaint about any online company. This was the worst shopping experience ever. I placed my order at the end of May, buying my husband a gift for Father's Day. After checkout it said that it would be 2-8 days, giving me over an extra week for any issues, so I thought! Two days before Father's day I checked my account online with them and it still showed it hadn't shipped. I called but didn't get an aswer. I sent an email, actually during the past two months I've sent several - never received a response to any of them. I checked my account daily, the status finally changed to backordered a MONTH LATER!!! I got ahold of them and they said yes in fact they were backordered. I asked why I had not received a response to any of my emails or a courtesy email to inform me of the change in my order - he had no answers. The next week my status changed to will ship next week. I called to confirm this was the case, and I explained the situation with the item being a gift for a holiday now a month in the past. He apologized, said he would upgrade it to overnight shipping for free and that it would ship no later than the next Wednesday. I asked him if he could ensure that I would receive it on Thursday because that was my husband's birthday - better late than never right? Well, I checked the status the next Friday and it still had not shipped, now the status was back to the original pending status!! I contacted them again and they apologized and promised me it would be shipped out that week. Bottom line, that was two weeks ago and it still has NOT SHIPPED! I will NEVER do business with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Two very important holidays I've had to run out the day before and buy a last minute gift. It's exhausting and embarassing, as I didn't get him what he asked for either time. I'm thinking this company may be a scam. I'm reporting them to my credit card company, as I've already paid for the item!"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I haven't received my order. And as a previous reviewer stated, I had a bad feeling when the shipping charges were higher than the product.
When I called the store, I was told that is on back order and I will be getting it the first week of August. I ordered it on July 7, 2012. Product costed $7.99 and the shipping was $12.99. With all dissatifaction why are they still in business?
UPDATE: 10/13/2012, It was only after I contacted the BBB of Wisconsin ***-***-****) wisconsin.bbb.org did I receive my order. the BBB immediately got in touch with them and within two weeks I received my order. I ordered on 7/7/2012 and got it on 10/13/2012. I would give this store zero stars. Lesson learned."
